L accueil rapide et pro, les pizzas sont bonnes, et garnies le temps est à revoir 40 min pour 20 annoncé c est le seul bémol pour nous.

Nous avions l'habitude d'aller chez Mattéo :5 Rue du 93E Régiment d'Infanterie, 85000 La Roche-sur-Yon Lorsqu'il a laissé la gérance à ses anciens employés et ouvert une autre pizzéria nous ne pouvions qu'essayer cette nouvelle adresse.Mattéo nous concocte toujours les meilleures pizzas avec une pâte très fine et craquante ,bien garnie et de bonne taille.Endroit plus petit que l'autre établissement mais bien servi .Il y a également un choix de pâtes.Nous y retournerons c'est sur.Merci Mattéo

The location is very nice and not far from what I suppose is the center of La Roche s Y.Attracted by the location I expected some high class dinner. But it was disappointing.The salad was the best part. The pizza was anything else the tasty. It was not even very crispy. The ham was bought in the supermarket not in the buchery. And it was covered with way too much cheese. Not even mozzarella. For desert I choose mousse au chocolate (can't be wrong in France? - yes it can!). I guess it was nit homemade. Tasted like some industrially produced whatever with choc flavour.The cappuccino was the low point of the dinner. Coffee covered with cream instead of espresso with mikk foam. UuurghhI resume that it is far away from being Italian. 1point for location +1point for cleanliness.

Ended up here as nearest place to the mechanised animals. The restaurant is not particularly inspiring from outside but inside looks much nicer. Service was friendly and efficient, there is a good choice of pizzas which were well cooked and tasty. Prices reasonable too.

Several two course set menus offering a main dish and desert for about 16 euros including excellent tartines and a decent rose wine at 9 euros for 50cl. The hardworking staff are very pleaasnt and helpful and there is a little seating area outside on the corner which is a nice touch.

If you find yourself in Roch Sur Yon then a block of the main square is this fantastic resteraunt. Luckily I had other friends find it and drag me along. I love pizzas and this charming place now has its named etched in the top 3 I've had in the world. (The other two were both from places now gone, one on Huntington drive, Monrovia, California and the other in South Yarra, Melbourne Australia)There is a saying that you shouldn't expect great food from places that have pictures on the menu. Luckily for us they did have pictures as our French is very poor, but only 1 or 2 pictures. Although there is a range of pizzas and other fare on the menu, the choice was down to these 2. I honestly cant recall the name of either, but we each picked the same one that seemed to have a range of hams, and cheese on it. I added champignons (thats about the only french I know) and my friends did as well. Note: the pciture was not itself of the best quality!To cut to the chase - the pizzas which came to our table quite fast, were FANTASTIC. I cant recall savouring a pizza with a knife and fork for so long. A good quantiity of toppings and a very fresh base. Don't know what else to say - but the title speaks for itself Service was also very good seeing the place was full when we arrived (now we know why). There was no problem getting drinks during the course of our meal.So give it a try, you wont be dissappointedIf only we weren't in town for just a weekend!

Great little traditional local Italian eatery, superb friendly service, food was great quality and everything well priced. We ate on a Saturday night and Iâve never seen so many looking for a table - therefore I recommend you book! Also do takeout for those in need!
