We had a late lunch here while visiting the area. We were seated in the back quickly. There were only a few others in the place. Our server was sweet but was not clean or professional looking, nor were the other employees. The food was just ok with a rather long wait. Our waitress was preoccupied with rolling silverware at the next table and wouldn't take other tables because she was waiting on a load to come in. The worst part of the place is the cleanliness. The restaurant is located in a great area right downtown, so it is a shame to have to give a less than good review.

An Italian Steakhouse. We serve authentic homemade Italian Specialties, aged Black Angus Steaks, fresh Seafood, Veal and homemade Breads & Desserts. At Angels in the Park, we have dishes prepared tableside by Chef Rosario while his wife, Debbie ensures th
This restaurant is located behind the Arlington hotel in the Park hotel. We didnât need reservations and was seated promptly, the lighting intimate with candles and soft lighting. Our waitress greeted us, she was friendly and authentic. We received our drinks along with some sauce for dipping warm crackers, the sauce is unique, tasteful with kick but not overbearing, like thousand island with spice, I liked it. My wife and I both shared a diner salad with homemade Italian dressing, it was good, we also both ordered the small lasagna which was still a lot, we absolutely love the homemade marinara sauce, on point, the lasagna was good expect too much cheese for us. We would dine here again, take notice these are huge portions of food so sharing is recommend.

We ate at Olive Garden the first night we arrived and were not disappointed. Excellent food and service, just as expected at every Olive Garden we have visited!

Great little place with very friendly service. Aubria went out of her way to make our visit enjoyable, we couldnât have asked for better service. The pizza was really good. We ordered the 17â Godfather, fried mushrooms and fried pickles. The pizza was a little heavy on the sausage but it was still good. It was enough to feed 4 adults and still had several slices left over.

J & S Italian Villa Restaurant & Bar is a Italian Restaurant in Hot Springs, AR that specializes in fine Italian cuisine.
Our party of eight called ahead for seating; we were seated immediately. Service was excellent, efficient and friendly. Food was outstanding--all eight in our party were delighted with the dinners we ordered. Lasagna is my favorite--almost always order it when we visit. Seafood dishes are also very good; steaks, as well, for those who prefer to have something other than Italian. Salads are included in the dinner price, and are done nicely. Their house wine/cheese dressing is delicious! A minor part of the dinner, actually, but something to look forward to is the garlic bread! Everyone looks forward to it! The chef/owner makes each visit special--you feel like royalty and most welcome when you have dinner at J&S. The location is in a strip mall, but ambiance inside the restaurant is very pleasant; and the location provides plenty of convenient, lighted parking. Easy to reach, in Temperance Hill Shopping Center, right off Central Ave., so close to many hotels. This is a favorite of locals, but travelers also enjoy J&S. When we have conventions in Hot Springs, with visitors from all around Arkansas and surrounding states, this is a "must do" spot!

Please go there for the pizza because it is really good with excellent crust. You may have to excuse the servers as they are a bit crusty. My wife's Greek salad was drowning in dressing. Go for the pizza and maybe the beer. Did not have beer. Did have wine and don't bother. It's a good pizza joint.

I think this restaurant is overpriced. It has a great location, nice atmosphere and the service was decent, but they think more of their product than I do. I did not go hungry, but it was a challenge to pay that much for what I ate.

Family owned Italian fine dining restaurant that serves pasta, chicken, veal, seafood, lamb and beef dishes cooked on the spot, by order, with prime meat, fresh and best quality ingredients.
I got a very high recommendation for Via Roma on Yelp, so we decided to try it. My companion always eats steak, so he ordered the ribeye. I asked the waiter for his suggestion between shrimp scampi, a chicken dish or filet, and without hesitation, he said their steaks were the best. My filet had a gristle going down the middle of it, and I order the filet to stat away from that because I enjoy very lean beef. My partner's steak told the tale, though. I have never seen him not finish a steak, and he couldn't even eat half of his ribeye, because it was so tough. The restaurant was so dark, the waiter pulled a flashlight out of his pocket for us to see the bill. On top of this, there were several very loud groups in the restaurant. With a bill of $120+ for an appetizer, two steak entrees and waters to drink, plus other factors, I will not return to Via Roma, and cannot recommend it.

I thought this was gonna be another run of the mill pizza joint and was pleasantly surprised. Best pie I've had in ages! So, so, soooooo good. These reviews of servers with attitude are somewhat correct. No one was rude (to me), but there was a definite feeling of indifference from the staff as a whole. Regardless, I'll be back next time I'm in HS (I might just get it delivered, though).

The service was slow and food mediocre at best. Iâve tried it twice thinking I hit it on a bad night. No doubt itâs a local favorite but itâs not on my list. I remember your visit well. I donât recall you mentioning to me or my husband that you were not happy with your dinner. We touch each table several times a evening Iâm sorry to hear that we are not to your liking. Thanks for giving us a chance. Maybe you will stop by again
