I cannot fault my experience at the Mulinaccio. Food from start to finish was top notch and authentically Italian.I have eaten in many Italian ristorantes and i would highly recommend the Mulinaccio should you be in West Lake. A little tricky to find so make plenty of time for yourself to find its location and also dont leave it too late in the evening as after around 9pm'ish the chefs shut down.Other than that enjoy the flavours, tastes and the great service, and cap it off with a game of snooker at this most excellent ristorante set alongside the West LakeCant wait to go again.

The restaurant is well designed and easily recalls the Italian dining culture and traditions. The food is absolutely delicious, served hot, and very fresh and palatable. The service is really good and efficient and very attentive to the details. They have a wide range of Italian liqueurs and after dinner digestives. The coffee is really excellent and the price very reasonable
English friendly We serve chicken wings, salad, pizza, pasta, schnitzel, parmigiana, steak, lamb, seafood Aussie beer and whiskey.
Firstly, as an Australian, I truly could have stepped out of China and into Lygon St, Melbourne. The atmosphere was relaxed, aesthetic and refined. The food was just beautiful, we had perfect gourmet pizza at a really reasonable price- better than at home. The owner speaks English very well and lived and chefed in Australia, and the staff are very friendly. We love China, but its nice to be able to go home briefly! It will be great when they do Cappucino.

Spanning the two highest levels of the hotel with a glass-bottom floor extending out from the top of the tower, Forty8 offers a sophisticated âabove-the-cloudsâ experience. The casual restaurant is styled like a vibrant gourmet marketplace with open kitch
Yesterday we had the pleasure to discover this hidden gem. Spending most of my time in Hangzhou / Shanghai area, I was surprised to only hear about this restaurant just recently. From the moment we entered the beautifully decorated restaurant (Chinese style), we were kindly greeted by two staff members that guided us to our table. We were lucky to come relatively late (8:30PM) so we were able to secure a table near the window with a beautiful city view.As a starter we had a delicious Parma ham with honey/melon and as a main dish we ordered Pasta's and lamb chops. The food was plentiful and tasty, as you would expect from the PH. What surprised us was the level of service at the hotel. After experiencing many (awkward) culture and language barriers it was a delightful to have a well trained staff consisting of both foreigners and Chinese that truly understand how to create a remarkable experience. As they understand that service is so much more than just bringing food and drinks to a table. From the moment we walked inside the restaurant the staff did whatever they could anticipate our needs and make us feel home.

The restaurant is elegant and stylish. The food is traditional Italian food at its highest quality for China. The antipasto are succulent. The salads are tempting. The pastas and pizzas are freshly prepared and exquisitely crafted. The meat and fish dishes are phenomenal. Their tiramisu is of another world. The price is medium to high but it is worthy every single Yuan,

Pizza Hut is making a big mistake by expanding too fast in China and losing control over standards of service and food quality. This Pizza Hut outlet is badly managed, the food order I believe are wrongly place as per time priority and the execution of delivery from the kitchen to the table seems disorganized. The restaurant manager was going crazy trying to keep up with the operations and the restaurant was not even half full

The restaurant's warm farm-chic ambiance makes it a welcoming environment for casual or formal all-day dining, with family, friends or business partners. The generous terrace seating compliments the dining room and is ideal to enjoy alfresco dining. The r

We had dinner here with family and friends and we enjoyed the dinner. First, the place is a mix of Italian, Mediterranean and French dishes but it is more Italian and Mediterranean according to my understanding. the portions are substantial and the price is medium to a high level but the price is value for the food you get. The service is excellent and reliable. One note is that they should use maybe piano-jazz kind of music and not rap because does not suit the kind of crowd that are catering for
