We visit there frequently and are always satisfied with both the food and service but holy holy... went there this week and had a horrific experience. I ordered a margarita. The first one arrive with a fly dead in it. The second (lime) arrived with a sugar rim. The third was correct. My soup (noodle and clear broth) arrived with a large red pasta smeared fingerprint down the side and my fork had food still in it. I could not leave fast enough. I hope this is not the direction they are headed as I always enjoy my meal there.

First time visit and met with an underwhelming "hostess" who appeared to have stepped out of a Tim Burton movie and had as much personality as the Walking Dead...I literally had to wait for a sign of life. Note to manager...you might want to rethink this one!Our server was efficient, but it was crowded due to trivia night and slow to get drinks, longer wait to order. However, food was good. Ravioli, pizza were fresh and tasty. Nice enough atmosphere. "Old Blue-eyes" theme definitely going on.

We brought 3 generations for a birthday dinner on a Monday evening. We were seated immediately. We were surprised how much seating room was inside. The dinner menu was quite large with options from expected Italian dishes and seafood, steak, chicken, salads, soups, appetizers and sides. There were about 4 daily specials also plus a kids menu. Warm Italian bread and butter is brought to the table. Most of the meals come with a salad and one side. We each ordered a different entree and everyone was delighted with their food. Our server was very nice. Our food was cooked to perfection and delivered to us in a timely manner. Wonderful experience. Will definitely return.

The great experience begins the moment the good smells greet you at the door. Our waitress was very friendly and competent. We ordered the Chicken Trio so we could taste all three of the chicken dishes listed below. All were fabulous and amazing. Party in my mouth!Pollo Rosa Maria (Wood-fire grilled chicken stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, topped with mushrooms and basil lemon butter sauce)Chicken Bryan (Wood-fire grilled chicken topped with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and lemon butter sauce)Chicken Marsala (Wood-fire grilled chicken topped with mushrooms and Lombardo Marsala wine sauce)During December, when you order a dinner of one of these 3 types of chicken or the Chicken Trio, you get to take home a piece of their delicious lasagne. What a great bonus! If you are a member of Dine Rewards, you can gain points when you eat at Carrabba's that give you rewards in the future. Our experience was 5-star today!!
We stopped in for lunch on a busy Friday, thinking what a great spot for a new sports bar. But, it's the same old Tommy Li's with the Chinese decorations taken down and some sports jerseys stapled to the walls. They did add several very nice large TVs along the outside walls. They have a brand new menu, featuring bar food, wings, sandwiches and the like. I tried the Jumbo wings, 77 cents each, every day the sign said but I ordered 5 and was charged $4.95. That's alright, I could only eat 3, they were rubbery with very little flavor. My wife had the Crazy Chicken Sandwich. Two Chicken fingers on a hamburger bun with wilted lettuce and a not ripe tomato. The chicken had an odd taste, and the french fries served with it tasted old. Pretzel bites were okay, but $7 seemed a little high. At least my Coke was reasonably priced at $2. We waited a long time for our food, then it was luke warm when it came out. We said something, but all we got was an apology. That's okay, because there is no way we are going back to this place. Yucko

We were here with another couple for a pre-holiday dinner. Fortunately we had a reservation for Friday evening as the place was packed, turning away people without reservations. We were promptly seated and greeted however. We started by sharing a very nice shrimp cocktail with 5 true jumbo shrimp and a good sauce with flavor but not overly horse-radished. That was followed by a nice house salad. I then had the 10 ounce prime rib while my wife had a chicken pasta special. Prime rib was very tasty and tender, but could have been just a bit less done to be true medium rare. But not really over-cooked, either. My wife was quite satisfied with her pasta dish and had enough to take home for another meal. We had a very good bottle of wine, priced quite fairly to accompany our dinners.
