Things to do in Gotha

We enjoyed good basic pizza while we visited Gotha's Christmas market. Very nice atmosphere with family-friendly servers.

This Italian restaurant offered good food which was well-prepared and served professionally at reasonable price; wines were also reasonably priced. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly and easy-going. We dined a few days before Christmas and it was quite busy but full of fun and good humour.

In the middle of the day, we have waited for 40 minutes to get a dinner. We were 2 adults and a child, 40 minutes is simply unacceptable! And the food was well below average.

We had a wonderful lunch here, sitting outside in the sunshine. The cuisine, a mix of Italian and German, is of excellent quality and the chef makes recommendations in person. Enjoyed the experience on every level.

I went here with a colleague a Wednesday evening - they had only one table left. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. I can recommend this place to everyone who likes italian food

It's a couple of km's outside Gotha but worth it. We sat outside because the weather was lovely, the menu isn't too big which I like - more chance of them actually cooking it rather than microwaving frozen dishes. Service was very friendly and efficient, food was really tasty and the Pizza one of our party had looked like a proper italian Pizza, not a Dominoes throw everything on (also a lot cheaper!) Price was good, afterwards I felt like I had paid a very fair price.
