Things to do in Farindola
Madre natura merita 5 stelle per la location. Si sta da Dio. La macelleria offre una discreta varietà di carni. Agnello e salsicce davvero buoni. Arrosticini no. Molto grassi (troppo) e non all'altezza.

Fritelle are served here instead of Pizza, a nice alternative to Pizza.Great antipasto rustico - huge portion easily fills 4 persons for â¬14.Nice outdoor setting. The only downside was that the service was a little bit slower than most other restaurants even though it wasn't very busy.Dinner for 4 approx â¬80 - we ordered a lot of food and ended up taking some home

It's an open house where it's possible to eat or to stop for a drink in the beautiful nature of the national park of gran sasso and monti della Laga in the center of Italy in Abruzzo.
Very good welcome to the restaurant. No menu but the owner explains what is available.Excellent English spokenFried pizza starters excellent, very light.Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese in a tomato sauce has a great flavour.Arrosticini very good quality with the meat being more tender than average.Sausages are great, very meay.Zucchini in a homemade dressing delicious.Good red wine.We were in Farindola for one week, but went for a meal twice.Only open on weekends out of season. Will be going back next time we're in the area.

Abruzzo is a famous region for its delicious culinary traditions...Having tried several local restaurant I think this place is too much fancy and lost part of the traditional atmosphere of osteria and trattorias here in Abbruzzo...It is not a place for locals but more for tourists. The premise is quite new with bright colors and a rustic feeling.. they bring you a huge quantity of appetizers hot and cold. Usually only with starters you're already fine...cause it is a huge quantity, but ifr you want have a main course they offer several options of veals and steaks..Price..around 40 per person included wine.A little but pricey and too fancy for what they offer...

I came with my family to this traditional Italian restaurant, The food was delicious and by far the best Italian restaurant in north london. As it was my fathers birthday, the staff brought up a desert and sang happy birthday,it was a great touch indeed. Will be back soon again.

We visited this restaurant for the first time in May, so went back with friends and were delighted that the promise of that earlier visit was sustained. We had absolutely delicious food, washed down with local wine which was both good and inexpensive. The veal with mushrooms was excellent, the antipasti hit the spot by being tasty and not exaggerated in terms of portions, and the atmosphere all round was perfect. The staff worked hard to ensure our meal was as we wanted it to be, and Cristiano, the owner, was a fine host. Mille grazie Cristiano, una bella cena

Quiet, nice, small, warm restaurant in a village facing the mountains; biologic local food reinvented with love and care: enjoy peaceful atmosphere and delicuous meals. Meet or vegetarian.
Wonderful unassuming gem in the mountains in Abruzzo. Everything tasteful including the décor. It's a step up from the rustic, though always wonderful, restaurants in the region. It's like an oasis with a great wine menu. All the produce is fresh and sourced, as far as possible, locally.

I love this place because it doesn't have a menu. They are the arrosticini kings in the region. When i went there first, not knowing what arrosticini were, we ordered three! Now we know and order 30. Fabulous bread and the olive oil they use is delicious...it's that lovely green colour. I give it 4/5 only because it really is arrosticini or tripe - both fabulous but not if you are vegetarian. I love it.
