We have been eating at Rialto since it opened about 13 years ago in Dorking and have always had a good experience. We moved away for several years and have now come back and are delighted to find that the restaurant is still as good as ever, if not even better. The Italian atmosphere is âbuzzyâ and comfortable, with an attractive wall painting of the Rialto bridge. The staff, especially Mauro are very friendly and professional and the food has always been good, with a varied menu and specials and sensibly priced. It is a popuar relaxed venue for families and parties and children love the ice cream bar and other facilities provided. Car parking is available in a nearby car park or a few spaces outside.Dear Jennifer T,We are delighted to hear your experience was even better since returning to the area and that you continue to visit our restaurant! We work very hard to ensure we create a family friendly atmosphere for our customers. Thank you for taking the time to share this. Our friendly team, including Mauro hope to see you again soon!Kind RegardsManagement Team

As a group of six we were looking for somewhere to eat prior to going to the theatre and decided to try Filippo's. We received a very friendly welcome and all of us enjoyed a wonderful meal in this super Italian ristorante. My wife especially enjoyed her tricolore salad followed by veal marsala and I started with whirebait and then lasagne with ragu sauce. Our other 4 guests enjoyed their choices and we all liked the accompanying wines. (Sicilian red and white. Both superb).Could'nt resist the tiramisu for dessert.. All in all a great first visit. We will be back !

Very attentive service from gentleman responsible for our table. (Asian gentleman). One of the children had a label in the starter by accident and he dealt with it quickly professionally and it didnât bother us at all. Chicken and Marsala mushroom sauce was really nice.

Wandered in looking for somewhere for lunch. Still suffering from jetlag after having just arrived from Australia and so really looking for some good food and somewhere to sit and relax. Andrew immediately made us feel welcome took time out to provided directions to assist us with some banking issues. So when we returned having solved those problems we sat down to an enjoyable lunch in a convivial environment with positive and friendly service. The menu is adaptive and capable of dealing with gluten intolerance and whilst not an excessive amount of choices there is enough variety to choose from to ensure that you will enjoy a positive dining experience at a reasonable price. I found the friendliness and the positive service along with the good food a sufficient inducement to bring me back again. Iâm sure if you to visit Wildwood Crawley you to will have an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you Andrew for bring that personal touch, much appreciated.

Conveniently located just five minutes north of Londonâs Gatwick Airport in Horley, Il Sorriso, is your local Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria, serving the very best of Italian cuisine in the very heart of Sussex and Surrey. Offering nothing but fresh auth
Having enjoyed a matinee in the West End, then found nearby restaurants absolutely heaving, we decided to catch a train back to Horley, and tried Il Sorriso. And what a find! The waiting staff were really friendly, and seemed to interchange between tables seamlessly. The food was sensational. My wife really enjoyed her macaroni, while I demolished my seafood risotto, packed full of octopus, cockles, mussels, shrimps, prawns and topped with a king prawn. A nice glass of Italian red rounded things off nicely. About half the tables were taken, and there was a lovely ambiance among the diners. I will definitely be back.We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review of your positive experience with us. We always aim to provide the very best authentic Italian experience and we are pleased to hear that we have achieved it on your first visit! Do come back and visit us again soon and try some of our other dishes.

A really enjoyable first visit as a group of four adults. Service was friendly and personable. The setting was attractive with some quirky lighting and interesting wall art. The food was great quality and the price was considerably lower than expected. Really enjoyed it!

My husband and I opted to have a celebration lunch at Viva's in Dorking for our 26th wedding anniversary. The food was superb. Peter, our waiter, was very attentive. He recognised us as soon as we arrived, as we have eaten there on several occasions, including our wedding anniversary last year. I have had something different from the menu each time I've been there and I haven't been disappointed once. Certainly a gem of a restaurant in the heart of Dorking, Surrey.
