It starts with very friendly staff. Barkeepers, hostess, management, and waitresses, all friendly, make you feel welcome. We had several dishes. Stracciatella - simple, very nice. Rice balls in vodka sauce - some sauce appears to be inside. Among the better I've had. Caesar salad - very good. Chicken Rollatini - I'd say the best I've had, Veal Marsala - tender veal, sauce exactly what I expect (yes, I really enjoyed it). We may have over ordered, so we had lots to take home - portions were very reasonable. We had recently gone to a family style Italian place in Smithtown - nice enough, but in terms of the food, more hype than flavor there. In comparison, this new Gino's - only open for a few days, was far better, and better priced - a place we will absolutely come back to. I'm not as into Italian food as my wife is - she typically has to drag me into an Italian place, but I'd be happy to come back to Gino's.A few days later, we picked up a pie and garlic knots. The pie - not fancy, not amazing, but very good (this was a plain pie), one you'll not go wrong with ordering. Only disappointment so far, probably a goof - the garlic knots had little of anything on them, such as garlic or oil or flavor. That needs fixing. I'm giving them 5 stars - not just because the food overall is so good, but because the attitude is so good. If both stay that way, this place will be very, very popular. And I'm saying this because today, early February 2019, they've been open less than a week, and they've made a very good impression on us.

Their telephone #: (631) 462-2999; let me know when you add it, so I can be the first to review it!!!
Orlando's has become one of our latest "go to" restaurants. The excellent and extensive Prix Fixe menu offers a huge and delicious selection which, at around $24 includes appetizer, main, dessert and coffee. Never had a bad meal and also impressed with the numerous "specials" which for $3-$6 more extended the already extensive choices. Duck lovers take note as their duck is perfectly prepared and quite reasonable. Service is also tops with knowledgeable waiters and well paced service. Nothing much to look at and located in a small strip mall, this is a really good Italian restaurant.

This is a hidden gem indeed. Go here for the entrees. They are excellent, and the chef/owner is a sweetheart. She will spend time with you if you want and make you feel like family. My mother had spaghetti with mushroom marinara sauce which was fantastic -- I know because I tasted it. My husband got ziti carbonara and loved it. We will be back. If you want an unpretentious and inexpensive place for dinner, this place is it. They couldn't do enough for us, and they seemed happy to do it. We had a great dinner here. This will be our go-to place in Commack, where my mother lives.

Another local favorite! Been coming here for years and always leave totally satisfied. Chicken parm, eggplant rolitini, shrimp scampi are some of my favs. Great food, nice atmosphere and good service are what this place is about.

Stopped by Anthonyâs for a quick bite and we decided on pizza. We had it with peppers and onions and it was very good. It is a good dependable restaurant. They have a nice salad also.

I have been to Mabella's two times and both times have been very good. The food and service is awesome.

There's nothing bad I can think of to say about this restaurant. The food is excellent, the portions fit the price, their pizza is great. Tuesday night is chicken special night. The chicken parm is perfect. Chicken Siciliano is too. Calamari is cooked perfectly. Try the champagne house dressing on your salad.

We have been going to this restaurant for over 40 years. They just changed ownership. The restaurant honored our reservation. Parking is available. Menu did not change and has great choices. Specials looked good. BUT. The quality of the food is not what it was. Prices on certain items went up. The service was good as before. The food did not have that special taste it used to have. Prices are not cheap but not overly high either. Portions are good size. Their pizza is still the best around.

Went there for a business dinner and was very impressed. Dined upstairs, and had cocktails so cannot comment on the wine list. Attentive service from a friendly new guy. Nice apps and a Veal chop stuffed with Cheese to die for. I will go back next time and eat downstairs where it seems it little more informal. Met loads of local business people form the area so this is a great place to network. really tasty food and I am curious and eager to return.

Andrea's 25 is the absolute top Italian place to check out in Commack. The service has always been OUTSTANDING, the chef has never disappointed and the atmosphere is cozy but not crowded. The menu is constantly changing with the seasons so that there's never a disappointing feeling that I've tried it all before. I never expect anything less than amazing when I go!
