We called in here by chance. Seriously delicious food, large portions, quick service. You get to watch them cooking it. The atmosphere is fun and it is clearly popular. I had lasagna and my partner the steak. Both were yummmm.

I was invited for lunch to this beautiful restaurant set in a park. Large window-bays let you have a graceful view of the garden with still hanging persimmons on tree in this late fall. We had the set menu with a salad topped with salmon shashimi and subtle dressing. Spaghettini alle vongole cooked al dente and seasoned to perfection. Appealing dessert plate with a gênoise and strawberry mousse decorated with slices of fruit. Espresso and cappucino. Very attentive service. I warmly recommend this place

My wife and 2 daughters stopped for a lunch while shopping at the Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari. The restaurant is on the third floor of the D building. We arrived at 11 am and they had a nice lunch special soup, pizza and a drink for 1900 Yen and soup, pasta and a drink for 2100 Yen. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. A very nice respite from the shopping. The service staff were attentive and friendly.

Top of the hotel. Be sure to look immediately to right or left at elevator bank for the express elevators. No cover when I was there. Great views. Typical Japanese pricing for light food and cocktails. Definitely worth at least one visit - especially if you are staying at this hotel or the New Otani next door.
