My first visit with 3 business colleagues. Recommend by the hotel... Which sometimes is not the best recommendation! But an excellent meal, top class service,a limited menu which I took as a positive. We shared Antipasti which was high quality.I took a steak as a main course,a colleague had a chicken pasta dish..great quality.

Charleroi is not the first place you'll think about for a dinner in a restaurant. The city has a bad reputation, but never forget that, among other things, the italian influence here offers some shining possibilites.Les "Deux fenêtres" (the "two windows") displays a regional kitchen from Umbria (North of Italy) under the leadership of Caterina Cesari,... a woman born here who has learned her work with her mother and a few stages in Italy, at some good adresses. As people are in Charleroi, an easy-going boss who serves and advices directly her customers, without any fuss.Someone took the chief salad (15,5 euros), with ricotta, mozzarella, tomatoes, ham. Quite big and delicious. I took myself the duck with tagliatelles (21,50 euros). Good cooking, some fresh parsley on the tagliatelles, not too much spices to let the food express its flavours. The wine was really brilliant and not so expensive : Caterina did not present a card but asked what sort of wine we wish. A fruity one, not too bodied. The answer was beyond our expectations. I took a cheese plateau as dessert. A pecorino with rucola, a simple pecorino, a parmigiano and some smoked provolone. Once more, really fine, bread included. The price is a bit higher than an average restaurant, but not so pricy if you consider that these ingredients are high quality. This was a marvellous evening for us !

Went there as it is close to Brussels South airport (had to drop someone off there). Friendly and correct staff. Good service. Food/drinks are of good quality. Ordered a grilled fish plate for 25 euro and there was plenty of fish on it.

Father and daughter make an amazing team in this lovely Italian restaurant. Delicious food, heavenly ice-cream and nice atmosphere. And the food is not prepared in advance, but freshly cooked for you!

We got this place by a friend recommendation.Nice restaurant, good service, good food, good wines.I had a beef fillet with vegetables that was absolutely delicious, well cooked and well presented. I also had a pleasant talk with the boss, that communicated me all his love for the food and customer service. Prices are ok, but 6 euros for mineral water seems too much. If you are nearby the charleroi airport, this is a compulsory stop!Grazie!

Whenever flying in or out of Belgium with Ryanair we stop off for a pleasant meal here. The Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and eventhough Ransart is a very small town the restaurant has a cosmopolitan feel and would make an absolute fortune if it was in a big city. A pleasure I look forward to every time.

You are welcomed by the owner and quickly served! The food is quite good and the environment is nice. Family restaurant open in 2013 of French and Italian cuisine 25 different pastas and sauces that change according to the seasons We make a good part of our pasta with our hands, eggs and flour Friendly and family spirit Remember to book!
We had been recommended that place and that was way above all of our expectations. We spent the whole evening with a couple of friends. We ordered the pasta festival as we were interested to taste based on the chief's choice. Actually, this festival comes with 3 plates one after each with your selection, leaving you really time to appreciate, digest and move on to the next. This was so good that we added a 4th plate, then a 5th plate,... And we ended there. Well we kept going with a festival of desserts for our wife's while we had some cheese. Just amazing !!! Even the wines were really well selected from the waiter's proposal. Really everything perfect. Certainly a do it gain for us, and to recommend for any pasta lovers.
