We found this little restaurant near to our hotel within walking distance.We struggled a little as there are no English menus but hey ho we are in a small Italian town, we can get by with google translate. My daughters favourite meal is Carbonara so we both ordered this, along with risotto for my O/H and Ham & Pinapple Pizza for my son. Pizza arrived quite large but very tasty! Risotto arrived, I realise it should be al dente but it was too hard and undercooked, the carbonara looked like scrambled egg, and tasted no better! I looked terrible too!My daughter tried to eat some but did not get far and I left my carbonara mush to be taken away. Give the waiter his due, when he saw we had not eaten and we e planned in broken Italian he removed both carbonara meals from our bill.We also liked that it was possible to buy a large bottle of coke for us to share during our meal.Well done to the waiter for his great customer service.

It was a Sunday evening and the picking were slim for restaurants that were open. Due to a recommendation we visited this unique Italian Restaurant where the best meals were grilled over and open wood fire. No charcoal here roaring wood. Great experience, great service delicious food. Try it out.

Eventhough the place was closed on sunday we stopped because we saw a baptism feast going on. We kindly asked if the chef is still around and Stefano cordially asked us to have a seat. He offered homemade pasta and a fresh salad. Amazingly good food and warm friendly service. He completed the lunch with his homemade cakes!! Take a look at the pictures. Finally we had the best coffee americano while in Italy. all in all it has been the best food the the best rate in Italy. We highly recommend! It's worth a detour!

Locale davvero grazioso, pochi coperti, personale accogliente. Menù tipico casalasco, con possibilità di scegliere anche fra qualche piatto di pesce. Buona la fiorentina di pollo, sarei curioso di provare i tortelli. Buona scelta.

We dined several times at Osteria Valle and the service was always friendly and helpful. The "gnochi" puffs were great. They are very similar to a Mexican food. I had "assino" (donkey) the first time we ate there and it was excellent, very similar to stewed beef.

One of the best for local cooking and ambience. Very relaxed, quirky with cartons of wine stacked all about, frequented by locals. You can spend the evening sampling wines and local dishes.

We had a wonderful evening the food was absolutely delicious and the portions were large. Several dishes were definitely regional specialties and it was great to have the cook come out several times to our table and visit to make sure that we enjoyed the meal. We had a special treat when we got to join in the celebration for a birthday party for the grandmother and enjoyed homemade cake and Prosecco. I can't say enough what a wonderful evening meal we had and how we would definitely come back on any other visit we had to the area this is a must stop for anyone in the city.

Nice location with pleasant decor. Very friendly service and some of the nicest wine we had in Italy. The parma crepes with bechamel sauce were to die for.

It was not my first time and once again I had amazing food Everything perfect service, attention to details and the food!!prepared with excellent ingredients, experience and passion! Highly recommended The atmosphere is also very nice and welcoming.
