Reviews on Italian food in Bratislava, Bratislava Region, Slovakia. Stare Mesto, the Old Town of Slovakia's capital, whisks visitors back a few centuries as they wander cobblestone streets, admire the Baroque architecture, enjoy summer and Christmas concerts at Old Town Hall and while away time at cafes and restaurants. Venture beyond for more sites, including the 15th-century hrad (castle) with its treasury and history and music museums, the Slovak National Theater and the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Slovak National Gallery, housed in an 18th-century palace.

Pane&Olio is small italian delishop. We start our day with typicall italian breakfast where you can find different types of sweet pastry, coffee and panin. Everything is prepared with love and italian ingredients straight from Italia. During the lunchtime
Cosy little coffee shop/deli just off the main square. Went here for lunch because it looked nice, we were greeted with a smile and nice service. A small piece of lasagne arrived at a cost of 10 euros. Hardly a lunch, no garnish or side salad. Tasty but left a bad taste, not worth it. Pity, but not surprising for Bratislava Ciao Burnsy, thank you for your review. We are sad that you did not like our place. The price of lasagne is 9,50⬠and the portion is like 300-350 grams. We are italian delishop/bistro and we never serve lasagne with garnish or salad! In Italia lasagne is just lasagne. We are using beef ragu from Chianina, which is special race of cow from Tuscany and also fresh pasta and great parmigian cheese. Maybe next time you can just say directly to us that you did not like the food and we could deal with the situation. It would be also helpful for us to be better and better. We are really sorry that you have low opinion about Bratislava, because we are sure that there is a lot of great restaurants/bars/bistros/ full of young skilled people who tried their best. Have a nice dayPane&Olio

The idea to open an Italian restaurant was born in 2005. Year after year, matured in me the belief that Italian cuisine, recognized worldwide, could spread through food fundamental values ââthat make it famous - tradition, family, and attention to detail.
Didnât meet the expectation given by the high review. Overvalued by the Riverside location. There was even some smell of marijuana. Dear guest, thank you for spending some words to review our restaurant, but I would like to make a consideration: the smell of marijuana you felt was definitely the one you smoked. A tip: avoid drugs before going to eat, because drugs alter the ability.I have already told my lawyer to proceed against you for defamation.Yours sincerely,Massimo Attanasio

Only a simple family restaurant away from the center trying to prepare tradicional Toscan recipes with original quality products..like my grandmother did. :-)
Very cozy testaurant with best waiter i have seen in a ling timw. He is friendly, recommends todays special. Meals were delicious and the desert was out of space ( 5* coconut cake with chocolate). Wine is also really tasty. If you want romantic dinner, this is your place!Dear Peteryour nice words make immediately my Day..Better...Grazieee....We try to do good.. but in those years i also did understand that also the customers expectations are different ...fortunately in your case you are the type of person who enjoy our familiar style of serving and our autheticity ...and hope also the food.Grazie Caro a presto!! :-)

When in bratislava, it is a MUST to visit this institution. Beautiful surroundings in the downtwn, perfect service and heavenly food. Instead of a dessert we ordered a coffee with home-made vanilla icecream - the best ida ever! The waiter willingly met all of our requirements eventhought the restaurant was completely full. We will come back again and again.

Great interior which lured us in, we were curious about their food. We started with a cheeseplate to share and got a huge plate of cheese, grapes and walnuts. Very nice.As a main I had the (vegetarian) grilled cheese, thinking it was going to be something exotic. It was a little disappointing, just breaded fried cheese. The boiled potatoes with tartar sauce were delicious though. Hubby had chicken with carrot pasta and red lentil sauce. His food was good although I think the greenish dressing probably wasnât red lentilsauce. It was good but not very much so we were glad we had the big plate of cheese as a starter.

Lovely italian bistro with romantic atmosphere, authentic gastronomy and friendly staff. you can find here daily lunch offers, crispy big bruschettas, hand made pastas, variations of risotto, fresh salads and tasty grilled meats.
Yummy !!! The appetizers are small and the salads and entrees are moderate size. The bread is made fresh in house with a solid mushroom dip/sauce. We had salmon tartare and grilled prawns as appetizers. Wine pours are not generous - 6-8 ounces per glass of wine. Buy a bottle if you want to drink more. We had the salmon salad which was wonderful! I would definitely return!

Gelateria Naturale with homemade gelato and cakes
Authentic Gelato - made on site with a wide variety of classic and original flavours.I can across this place on a hot day, as other places down the street was packed with tourists. Smart move on my part. You need to walk inside of i Nonni to order. They offer a decent variety of Gelato (including a number of vegan options). Since I am not vegan, I went for my favourites - Salted Caramel and Snickers. Simply wow - incredibly creamy, soft and flavourful. After finding this place, not sure I need to try any others. Definitely a place to return too.For those who wish to sit down and enjoy their treats, they offer comfortable indoor seating.Hope you enjoy like I did:)

We are from Yountville in Napa Valley. We have eaten Italian throughout the world. This place is very good. High energy, younger crowd, good synergy, refined international service. We ordered salmon tartare, tomato bruschetta, insalata mista, pappardelle w/salmon, special duck risotto, Ragler bier, tiramisu and cafe Americana. Everything very good but not exceptional.Server Martin took very good care of us. Recommended...

LeTorri is a restaurant with true Italian spirit. As only place in Bratislava we serve sourdough pizza, which is a much healthier choice than a regular pizza. Our pasta is produced fresh every morning directly in our kitchen so we can serve it fresh and t
I can not recommend this place. I know, do not eat pizza anywhere else than in Italy, many would say...All food was cold even the Pizzas. We did complain, and to be a bit fair, we got a new portion -but the same again. The head Chef was terrible I do not think he ever learned cooking. So no we will never ever come back here again.
