The food, drinks, service and help are enjoyable to talk to and be served by. Their job seams to be an enjoyment for them to serve and make your dinner and visit there enjoyable. The owner is friendly and available to all for a smile and friendly chat.

I reviewed this restaurant a year and a half ago just before it changed ownership and was very disappointed with the previous owner/management. Since the new owners acquired it this last fall, we have had the opportunity to dine there on 3 occasions in addition to a happy hour experience with just bar bites. The food, the service and the attention to detail by the owners have been nothing short of 5 star. I wish I could point to one particular menu item, but so far everything I have personally ordered or tried has been nothing short of spectacular. And even better, everone I have sent there has returned with the same high oppinion.Thank you for the excellent review, and for your business! My wife and I had the pleasure of dining with good friends at La Fontanella Ristorante. Our experience was excellent in all respects. I had a house salad followed by a linguine and seafood special (great!), and my wife had a salad and salmon (equally great). Our friends had comparable dishes. We took our own special wines, which complemented the food perfectly, for a $25. per bottle corkage fee. Excellent food and service. We'd return there in a flash!

If you like authentic italian foods, this family restaurant is a good place to chose. Tasty foods, pretty good service!The âkitschâ deco is by itself something to see. We celebrated my husbandâs birthday there last night. They have high chairs but no booster chairs and no kidâs menu. However, they were able to make a small penne alfredo for our daughter which she loved! I enjoyed my spaghetti bolognese and the pizza my brother-in-law had looked huge and delicious! My husband had the veal cannoli with escarole. He said the escarole was delicious but heâs not a fan of cream sauce so if heâd known,he probably would not have gotten it. The calamari was hit or miss on the same plate. Some tender and delicious, others just tasting like fried batter and salt.

Our server was awesome. Food is good. very expensive. $$$$. not much of a bang for the money. $5.00 dollar charge to share a salad. not sure why that is all about. outdoor scenery is missing. We know that our guests can taste the difference that fresh food makes because they tell us that every day.We would suggest you dine in the fountain room, or the garden room if you would like an outdoor view, or as you mentioned enjoy a cocktail and burger on the beach as sometimes that is just what the soul needs.We hope you will return and we thank you for your review.

We had dinner with friends at De Romo's restaurant. We enjoyed everything about the restaurant. Very good service, excellent entrees and moderatly priced. We had dinner at this place. The decor was quite nice. Service was very good. My shrimp parm was quite good. My wife's salmon dinner was over cooked. Overall the place has nice ambience, good service, and prices were fair.

Pappardelle WAS homemade but the mushrooms werenât porcini. Portions were enormous ( almost too much). Had a dish they called la pamagata. I donât know if they meant paRmagata but it was a vegetarian dish and could be confused with veal parmigiana.
