I've been to Edit Delizie d'Italia several times and it has been always a great experience both for breakfast and lunch.The menu' changes every day and it's always very tasty! There is always broad choice of fresh ravioli and pasta prepared directly in the shop... Together with the pasta there are every day at least two dishes of the day!The atmosphere is very cheerful and you feel like being at home which is perfect for a work lunch-break.I've also taken advantage of the take away service: I've tried sandwiches (with various types of ham from Italy), ravioli and the fitness salad!The owner proposes continuously new products both for the Cafeteria and the shop which make Edit Delizie d'Italia an interesting option!

Amazing fresh fish, huge portions, very friendly staff, especially appreciated when u have 3 small kids along :), attention to detail, relaxed atmosphere! Best meal weâve had so far in Switzerland Look forward to going back, please stay the same!

We stopped for lunch and in the daily menu, they had a lot of home made pizza choices so we both ordered different pizzas. The menu came with either the soup or the salad. The potato soup was delicious and so were the pizzas. Waiters were friendly.

We were looking for a restaurant @ weird hour (15:00) - they were happy to serve but only offered pizza and pasta at this time of the day even though it is called "Seerestaurant". Very happy that we chose the pizza since it's one of the best we've ever had. They had the Euro2016 game playing on TV were the locals were up against Albania - nice to have been able to watch it especially since Switzerland won :)Good friendly service with a smile and nice atmosphere. Took a stroll afterwards into the village and found a nice playground at the school. Gorgeous surroundings

Although not in the cetre of Gersau, the restaurant is ain an attractive positior on the lake, and is well served by the local bus services. The atmosphere is friendly and genuinely local. The service (and it was a busy night when we were there) was quick, courteous and efficient. The food was also attractively served and tasty. A cut above an average village restaurant, and with no pretentions.

We arrived at 2pm. Sadly too late for pizza. They came up with a delicious salad and spring rolls on the side and a big bowl of pumpkin soup with creme. Think and satisfying.At 1:30 the restaurant was packed while others were either closed or empty. A good sign.For non German speakers a bit of patience or a translation app will sort everything. The staff has limited English language skills.

We just had pizza and desert at "Der Italiener" and it was soooo good. Probably one of the best pizza's I ever had. The whole family enjoyed their food. The staff is also really friendly.

Good place home made food .The time here is running slower and the life is better .Mushroom soup was good and the girl salmon was also good and well cocked .Tipical Swiss German tavern .If you are arround here for lunch time stop and taste their food
