Il grande difetto è che si mangia troppo e la qualità è superba! Ottimo il cibo che si lega alla sapiente mano di eccellenti cuochi. Il cibo, dalla terra alla tavola, è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Sono cultori appassionati del cibo biologico e della buona cucina. I prezzi, per la qualità , sono addirittura bassi. Una meraviglia.

ero disposto ad accettare qualsiasi proposta sapendo che il menu era ridotto e non apparivano scritti da nessuna parte i prezzi MA quando mi hanno portato l' arrosto di vitello ...... durissimo e pieno di venature immangiabili, ho detto "questi sono disonesti" - servizio assolutamente non professionale, offerta di vini pessima (in una provincia dove ci si aspetta praticamente il top) . Da evitare con attenzione

Un pò ingannati dalle recensioni, un pò titubanti già all'ingresso abbiamo deciso di restare malgrado la sala fosse apparecchiata più come una mensa aziendale che non una trattoria. Passi il menù fisso. Ma non è accettabile, e la colpa è anche nostra, infilarsi in una mangiatoia da filiera. Servizio alla francese vecchia maniera, ci stà . Non ci stanno le portate, dozzinali e prive di autenticità . Abbiamo sbagliato noi ma riteniamo sia giusto darne informazione così altri non cadano in inganno. 15,00 euro sono niente per 4 antipasti, un primo, un secondo ed un dolce, vino acqua e caffé compresi..... avrei preferito spendere il doppia e mangiare di meno ma potere "sentire" la vera cucina. Non so se mi spiego. Non lo raccomando.

We visited this trattoria when touring Piemonte and could not believe the standard of food served and the number of dishes. Fabulous food and excellent service. Forget "uo-market" restaurants and go to the local trattorie as you will taste the real Piemontese food and not the usual pastas, pizza etc. dishes normally served up to tourists when in Italy.

Siamo stati in questo locale per un pasto leggero prima di fare una bella passeggiata su per montebracco. Leggendo le recensioni probabilmente siamo capitati nella classica giornata storta. Locale molto caotico con il cameriere proprietario che pretende di fare tutto da solo e di conseguenza và nel panico, dimenticandosi dei clienti o comunque servendoli in modo molto approssimativo. Non era da solo, c'era anche una cameriera, probabilmente alla prima esperienza, ma ha incontrato una persona molto maleducata che non faceva altro che riprenderla davanti ai clienti. Errore imperdonabile, NON si fa'. Cucina normale, niente di particolarmente esaltante, prezzo elevato per la qualità del prodotto e del servizio. à un bel posto, voglio provare a tornarci per capire se era proprio solo una giornata storta....

We visited the little town of Barge late afternoon on a Sunday in June: the town celebrated the feast of the bread: Pane di Pane. However, this cosy restaurant offered a 5 course diner especially arranged to celebrate the bread. Indeed, in every course bread played a role. Every course was a fascinating surprise, very well served, and even the wine and water were included for only ⬠20.

we have been there, because of the good rating here and did not regret our choice. Actually, I rate this as best of the 3 restaurants we have tried in Barge.it is located quite in the center in a beautiful house. the service is absolute friendly although we had to get used to the pace - you go there to relax and you bring time with you. being in a hurry would destroy the whole experience.the atmosphere is lovely and the food absolute great, starting already with the presentation. it really spoils your senses as it is all so well done. For us it was kind of a bargain, a little jewel in term of quality and experience but at a very reasonable price. including wine and everything we ended up at 80 EUR, absolutely worth it!

My wife and I had two dinners here in early June. Both were wonderful. Beppe and Caterina and their daughter Francesca run an excellent little farmhouse restaurant on spacious grounds outside of Barge. Ambience: nicely renovated farmhouse with several rooms - one warm and cosy, another newly-added room with sliding door/windows on two sides offering outdoor views and fresh summer air. There is also an outdoor eating area in warm weather. Cuisine: fantastic Piedmont dishes created by Beppe. There are two five-course (2 antipasti, 1 pasta, 1 meat/seafood, and desert) fixed price menus for 43 Euros plus a la carte options. A bargain for 5 courses of outstanding quality. Wine: Beppe took us down to the wine cellar and helped us select a wonderful Barolo (Beppe speaks no English, but his daughter, Francesca, does and gladly translated for us). The wine menu has an extensive Piedmont selection, plus choices from around the world. If you are in the area, we highly recommend it.

What a lovely restaurant! The food is fantastic and so beautifully presented. The menu is amazingly extensive for a comparatively small establishment. It is really high quality and would do credit to a high-class city restaurant. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and attentive.In short - definitely the best restaurant in Torre Pellice (and probably for many miles round). Don't miss it!
