We eat here often. The pizzas are home made to perfection and good value. Very simple, with a total staff of one usually. Nice little courtyard out the back during summer. Many pizzas in the Toulouse area are rather disappointing but not this one. This lady knows how to make the real thing.

Very good pizza and pasta in a very friendly environment. Service was excellent, toilets nice and clean. Good value for money overall. Only downside was no aircon and it was a very warm evening when we were there.

Wow!! What a nice surprice! We were with the family in a hotel in Toulouse outskirts, next to the Cite de l'Space, with few restaurants around. We didn't want to go to the city center so we tried to find something close to the area...and thanks to the Tripadvisor reviews we found this lovely pizzeria.Kids will love it for the "pirates" decoration but also because of the pasta and the pizza. Grand ones shall check any of the unique pizzas they prepare. It is not a 5 star because it is still a bit expensive for what you get, but still a must.Illustration: grand pizza forestière for 14,5â¬Labels: $$, Italian, 2eat, #groups, #mustgo

this restaurant is 5 mins walk from the bustling Place de Capitole. it was recommended by our concierge and we were delighted with his choice. the pizzas are huge! if you choose the Parma you will get slices of ham, which completely cover the pizza base; if you choose the Verona, it is covered in thin slices of parmesan cheese. i could not finish mine but i was unusual as all the other diners, including children, had no difficulty at all. you must, must order the tiramisu which is home made and also huge! The chianti is a very reasonable â¬20. Be aware that the toilet is upstairs via a narrow spiral staircase. if you plan to eat after 7.30 i would reserve because it gets very busy and you will have to queue outside - where you will be offered a drink while you wait. Wonderful service, welcoming and efficient even when it is busy. highly recommend Bambino.

In entire Toulouse, pizzas here are the best but somehow they are not open on Sundays though their shop timings shows it as open. I would rate a 5 star if they keep open.

Deeply advised(recommended) reservation Difficult to access in the baby carriages which cannot be folded, foldable strollers OK (for reason of safety(security)).
Huge statement, I know, but this place is incredible! My wife and I had a nice little romantic dinner for two at this great restaurant that was recommended by a friend (Thanks Thomas!). Completed unexpected, but the menu specials enabled us to try two different appetizers, main plates, and deserts for 25E each. The Italian wine was only an additional 27E. So, for under $100, we had the best Italian food we have had anywhere (including Italy) and the best meal since we have been in France (for 27 days). Seriously, the food, service, and ambience was incredible, we would have paid over $300 for this and felt lucky. Now I know why this restaurant is in the top 1% for Toulouse.

Friendly welcome, excellent service with a smile. Set lunch is excellent value and combines Italian food with French cuisine all cooked with care. The carte is extensive and Italian and look forward to trying on our next visit. Very good atmosphere as the restaurant was full of very happy diners.

We stopped here like the idiot sheep we are because it looked nice and was packed. Erreur!! This place is to be avoided. Expensive plain tasteless food, expensively priced. As others have stated, and I have to agree, the service seemed to be robot-like, over as quickly as possible, get the punters processed, fed, and out as soon as possible, so we can get the next ones in. The French have an expression "usine a gaz" and it felt just like that. My wife's salad was expensive and bland, my pizza was average yet expensive (nearly twice what we would pay in Marseille), my son's entrecote was inedible it was so full of gristle and his chips were a sad flop.., bref. Forget the nice looks from the outside, this place will leave you dissatisfied and annoyed that you didn't check this website first...

We're so happy we went there tonight. Our server Franck went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience. The place was packed at 9pm, but we waited to have a table for about 20 minutes and well worth the wait. The margarita pizza was absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients. We really enjoyed the dough aa it was baked in a wood oven. This really reminded us of pizza we had in Naples. Then we chose to get the Tiramisu and it was to die for! You can definitely tell it was homemade. Overall this was an awesome meal. The food was amazing, the atmosphere very laid back, and our server Franck was PHENOMENAL!
