Called in here on the Friday before 24 hour race. Restaurant was busy but managed to get a table OK Staff were pleasant and friendly and spoke English too. I have to say the meals were much better than I had expected and I thoroughly enjoyed my Veal. Rest of the party enjoyed their pizzas too. Will definitely be back next race weekend

The best thing about this Italian restaurant is that it goes beyond the pizza/pasta concept that we normally associate with italian food and provides a great and good selection of "assiette" (I'll have to use the french term that defines a whole sort of delicacies (ham and cheese) and veggies), that go really well with the wine served. Really relaxed and nice/cozy environment.

Lazzaro Pizza Mulsanne Pizza & Burger next to the "Virage de Mulsanne" Corner.
I was very thankful that this pizza place was within walking distance from our hotel. The pizza is amazing and is not to be compared to pizza chains in the U.S. because it isn't the U.S. On our first visit we had a hard time deciding on which pizza to get, we did study the menu before we walked over so we knew what the ingredients were. On our first bites we loved it! So we went back several more times over the duration of our stay and tried out a few more, and all were excellent. The prices were fair and they have a good selection of beers that you can take-out as well. Never got to try the desserts because the pizza was so filling.

Sunday night in and around Le Mans is a pretty bad time to try to find a restaurant open. We were staying at a Chateau south of the City and Cotta Pizza seemed the only place open within a half hour drive after a search lasting nearly ten minutes. We were surprised to find little more than a hole in the wall and two benches on the footpath. It turned out OK! We had a great chat with another hungry couple and got our fill. All in all, not a bad choice.we are delighted that you enjoyed our pizzas. thank you for your opinion which is objective
