Usually when we have Italian food we get a few different dishes and share and this time was no different. We had the Capricciosa Pizza and the Tortelloni di Carne. It was a perfect meal and the bread they brought out to start was so good. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is romantic. We love this place.

I love this restaurant. The ambiance is good, the food always great, and prices are reasonable. I eat here regularly and never get tired of the delicious Italian food. The pizzas are cooked in a wooden oven and always good. My favorite is their short rib tortellini! They have quite a variety of Italian dishes, as well as the specials they offer.Grazie!

Recently had dinner with friends here for the first time. Heard this was an Argentine restaurant that specialized in parillada, (grilled), dishes Argentinian style plus a lot of Italian dishes. Had the filet...piece was very large...tasty, but not like steak in Buenos Aires. Chimichurri was good...like it more piquant however. Another ordered the flap meat and thought it was great. Dishes came with roasted papas...most restaurants in BsAs serve various forms of papas fritas...was good though. Pasta dish of Angel hair checca was one big glob of congeled pasta was rather unpalatable. Also tried the sweetbreads, (mollejas)...several very large pieces...very stringy. Was not prepared well. Should melt in your mouth. Nothing like those in BsAs. Service was good and ambiance fair. Too noisy in the center of the room...suggets a booth along the perimeter. I understand there is Tango night...not sure when. Suggest going here only for the grilled meats. Did bring a bottle of great Malbec...corkage was reasonable at $15. Over all pricing was moderate. Of course if the restaurant was as good as those in Argentina there would be no reason to visit Buenos Aires. I will always look forward to going to BsAs to get wonderfully grilled meats accompanied by a great Malbec.
As a fan of Margherita Pizza, of course the Greek pizza became a "must try" for me. Both pizzas have a similar feel to them. I'm glad I tried it. Tomatoes, red onions, Greek olives, mozzarella and feta are a great combo of toppings on a pizza. My eyes rolled back to the back of my head when I took my first bite. Also, the crust had a nice, charred taste to it. Kids probably won't like it as much as I do because the olives have a salty taste (as they should) but if you're a fan of Margherita pizza or Greek salads, then this is a definite winner for you!

Trapped in the hospital and facing some really âdelightfulâ offerings there, I convinced my wife to bring me some fettuccine with chickenMuch better than hospital food and, like every Macaroni Grill, there was enough food for a softball teamTake out is risky as time degrades the flavor and palatability of most food but it suffered less than anticipated Pasta wad still moist and the sauce still smooth....the highlight was the chicken however .... just really goodMy wife had chicken Marsala and she loved itA great take out experience

Ordered a specialty 'Porkeys Pizza' with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, whiteonions, green peppers, and black olives for pick up. There was not one pepperoni on this pizza ;-( We added the advertised 'Cheese Blanket' described as "a delicious layer of mozzarella cheese, fresh garlic, and basil blanketed over your favorite toppings and cooked to perfection. Guaranteed to put any pizza over the top with flavor." I will tell you this is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, there is no blanket of cheese, it was barely even noticeable that any cheese at all was added, there was zero garlic or garlic flavor, the basil is not fresh (dried small flakes from a shaker). TOTAL waste of money. This pizza was dissappointingly without flavor, extremely sparce of any cheese, and crust much too dry. Cost for a large pizza with tip $29...Terrible

Come enjoy the Italian atmosphere at the Original Peppino's. You can still see the family working at this location: Mom loves greeting you and seating you at your table. Dad, the big flirt, loves to visit with all the customers. Be sure to stop in to Joe'
Huge portions, good price. Family atmosphere and live music on a Saturday night. I enjoyed my meal. Service was fast and attentive. I had the white clam sauce with angel hair and bruschetta. For a single person it was way too much food, however i can see it good forfamilies and ordering to share.

Since 1991. The Fresh Italian Food Experience. We combine our friendly atmosphere with attentive service and an outstanding wine list.
I tried Mangia Bene for the first time in January 2019. The service was prompt and efficient. The caesar salad was visually appealing and tasty. The lasagna alforno serving was huge, but the tomato sauce was flavorless. The menu says that it's a meat lasagna, but I couldn't find any. This was probably the worst lasagna I've ever had. Based on this experience, I would not return.
