Located in A 19th century church beside the legendary Rock of Cashel, Chez Hans Has been serving the very best of local and seasonal produce in one of the most atmospheric dinning rooms in Ireland since 1968.
Chez Hans is always special. The quality of the food, excellent service and the ambience are second to none. My husband celebrated a special birthday so we went as a family to celebrate the occasion. The crisp caesar salad starter was delicious! Our daughter exclaimed it to be "ten ties better than' one she had in a prestigious place in Adare recently. Most of us choose either the salmon or hake as a main course, both were tasty fresh and perfectly cooked. There was a choice of good quality desserts, tea/coffee and homemade truffles which finished off a beautiful and memorable evening.

This modern contemporary restaurant in the heart of Tipperary Town provides a day and night time menu.. All ingredients are locally sourced and cooked fresh daily.. Private parties catered.. Outside catering available..
We stopped at Tipperary for lunch on a drive across Ireland. Brazil's is tucked up a side alley but looked promising and when we went in was packed with locals which was reassuring. We got a very friendly welcome from the staff. There is a wide ranging menu at lunch time from full meals to lighter options with daily specials. We had a bacon and black pudding salad and a toasted sandwich with chips. Both were very good. Very good option and good value - would recommend

Last Saturday October 12, my two friends and I enjoyed a very tasty, reasonably priced lunch in Petronellas. As we left, a lovely friendly gentleman, who may have been the owner, stopped us to give us each a chocolate bar to enjoy later with a cup of tea in our hotel.Everyone should go for the great food and the kindness!! Weâll be back!

We were referred by Olive at Glasha Farmhouse B&B and had a good dinner with excellent service! We shared the vegetable soup with brown bread; then I enjoyed the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and my wife the shrimp salad while sipping on our RedBreast Irish Whisky! Delightful! Delighted to hear that you were pleased by Olives recommendation. Thank you so much for taking the time to place a review. We really appreciate it. We hope that the next time you visit you will call again to see us.

Award winning country restaurant sourcing the best ingredients cooked to the highest standard with friendly but professional service. We are located only 6 miles from Cashel town via N74 road in the village of Thomastown.
They are very knowledgable about gluten and dairy free products so were able to provide a scrumptious meal for both of us. I gorged on the bread and hardly had room for the large servings. Great food.

Irish Style Restaurant serving top quality local produce In a warm relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Clonmel.
My partner and I were in Clonmel for one night and booked the Bunker at short notice after viewing previous very positive TripAdvisor reviews. I can attest that this restaurant is worthy of its 5 star rating. The best restaurants combine good food and great staff and this place has both in abundance, Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and service was seamless and unobtrusive. My partner is a coeliac and was easily accommodated, with much of the menu able to be adjusted to omit gluten. The starters of chicken wings and prawns were delicious, the home made breads very good too. We had a fillet steak and a ribeye for mains and both were cooked to perfection ( you would be surprised how many so called steak restaurants cannot actually cook a steak properly). The confit onions were a new experience and full of flavour. The wine list is reasonably priced and the wines are good quality and varied. The setting for the restaurant is a basement in a historical building, with the original brickwork and structure preserved, making for a cosy and interesting venue.I highly recommend the Bunker;we will be back for sure.

Walked to this place in town after a cool and rainy visit to the Rock of Cashel. Perhaps we approached it from the wrong direction but we walked through a gate and long courtyard to reach the place. If it had been a nice day we would have sat outside in their lovely patio area. As it was we went in. Our server was very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Food and drinks were really good. I can highly recommend it.Dear Chip1701,There is access through both the front and the side of the Pub, the garden is very busy in the summer and warmer spring and autumn months. Great to hear you had a good experience and thank you so much fir recommending us, we really appreciate the comments.
