Very friendly. Small and local. Prices a bit startling for somewhere like this and the food wasn't really of a quality to justify it

Our Wood Burning Pizza Oven was lit in 1997 and has been churning out pizzas and tasty dinner ever since! The oven is kept at a temperature of 500-550F by burning oak and other hardwoods which are fed through the front by a long handled shovel. This ensur
A rainy night in bantry and we checked out the brick oven.Food was typical pizzeria fare I had calamari to start and a huge plate of linguini with prawns. Nice but sometimes less is more.My wife had mussels which she loved and the Sicilian pizza which she demolished. Service was so , so but the food was really nice if not presented with finesse

Visit to the area with friends over from the UK - first visit in a while and another great experience. Orange Cake was superb and along with a restoring pot of tea was just what we needed. Artwork on the walls was a winner with our friend who loves her pigs and has purchased Anabels work on previous trips over. Also enjoyed playing a couple of games of dominoes from the pot on the table!

This popular restaurant is what West Cork is all about. The clientele and staff were a mixed bunch of foodies from all over. No pretensions or "emperor's new clothes" about this place! The food was beautifully prepared and presented. I would honestly say that my own cooking and diet have been greatly affected by my experience here. The surprise dish is a great idea.

The Fish Kitchen is a family run business that prides itself in having a menu that is almost entirely all fish with the exception of sirloin steak. The Local fish shop downstairs, our main provider of fish ensures an excellent supply of the freshest fish

Open all day - cafe; pastries; main courses. Internet area; General store Modern decor - believe it opened in may 2011
We stopped off for lunch recently with our two year old and were warmly welcomed and shown to a nice table. I ordered the smoked salmon and my husband ordered the quiche- both were delicious. Our daughter made a bit of a mess feeding herself but the waiter/owner couldn't have been nicer about it. The coffee here is great! Didn't have dessert although the display looked very tempting! The bill was quite reasonable and it was a very pleasant experience all round. Will be back!
