We are a seaside coffee shop and bistro. We are situated alongside Benone Tourist Complex and Benones 9 Hole Golf Course. The complex and surrounding area has excellent facilities for families and tourists with an outdoor heated kids pool, crazy golf cour
âWavesâ is situated on site at the Benone Tourist Complex. It is surrounded by natural beauty and surely an unequaled amount of play parks for young children, plus itâs just 25 meters from the three heated (26 degrees) splash pools at the complex. The food menu is pretty extensive, and their early bird is full of great value gems. The coffee is great, the service efficient and friendly too.The decor is clean and reasonably comfortable, with good WiFi. If you are staying in the Benone campsite area or just visiting, there arenât too many places to eat, so this is a nice little gem that will leave all the family feeling more than satisfied, and your wallet not to empty.Iâd definitely make a return visit and would recommend this bistro to others.

This American themed restaurant more than lived up to our expectations. The menu provided us with plenty of choice, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. A special mention to Josh in particular who I believe is a new staff member, he was was polite, attentive and efficient.

Traditional bar and Bistro international menu ,with live music each night open everyday closed Christmas day
The restaurant really lets the bar part of this establishment down. The bar is great and has character and the Guinness is great but the restaurant is another story! The food was extremely average considering the waiting times, we werenât the only table that this was happening to, there were a number of tables around us that were getting frustrated. We eventually got our starter and finished this and waited another 30 mins and no member of the waiting staff came near us. I had to go and get someone to clear our table & get our mains which as previously mentioned were hardly worth the wait.I know this is a well known tourist area and it can be busy at times but there is no excuse for shabby service, the waiting staff really didnât give a hoot they were just going through the motions. Definitely will return to the bar but wonât be eating here again.

We stopped here last Sunday early afternoon and it was very busy. However, we were met by a friendly server who without hesitation cleared a little table for us, and brought our coffees. Great coffee, superb friendly service, clean toilets.Highly recommended. Thank you hope to see you again soon x

A little beach shack right on the sand serving the best of local fish and home grown vegetables in a relaxed environment. Book in, and enjoy
I love the whole ethos of Harryâs - easy, casual and right on the beach so that you can l take a long walk before or after along lunch. However, itâs lost itâs edge - too many restaurants become complacent with early success. We had the fish and chips - batter was not very tasty and even worse, soft. Chunky chips were bland and the tartare sauce was just about ok. At nearly £15 a dish I came away feeling I wished Iâd gone to the local chippy. Vegetarian options were limited. Service was friendly and amiable. The restaurant looked tired and lacking in love with empty shelves across the whole of one wall. Overall dull and tired and a disappointing experience. Needs to get its vibe back.

Serve traditional pub food to a high standard. Where possible we source our produce locally and cook all dishes to order.
Visited here a few months ago and it was disappointing. Now under new management and itâs a massive improvement. Sunday dinner for 8 people of the highest quality. Very good portion sizes at a fair price. Service was on point! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

I am unsure if we entered the wrong location for dining but this restaurant had a very small menu and also small portions. The nachos I ordered had a delicious sauce but I wish they served more of it.Although the food was below average I would still recommend this place for a few drinks. Their Irish Coffee was some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we met some nice people. I would come here again during the Summer season if we ever returned. Portstewart is a beautiful seaside town.
