Wir waren durch Zufall hier essen, da ein anderes Restaurant zu hatte. Als wir reinkamen waren wir die einzigen Gäste, da es erst 17 Uhr war. Wir würden freundlich begrüÃt und schnell bedient. Als Geste des Hause gab es Brot mit Tsatziki und Aioli sowie Oliven mit Pilzen. Die Wartezeit wurde einerseits mit dieser Geste und dem darauffolgenden kleinen Salat sehr verkürzt. Als unsere Hauptspeise kam, sah sie schon sehr gut aus und roch auch sehr gut. Vom Geschmack her war es einfach köstlich :)Als Abschluss gab es dann noch einen Ouzo.Wir werden sicher nochmal hierher zum Essen kommen, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist klasse. Ein wirklicher Geheimtipp :-)

Klein aber fein... und etwas versteckt im Business Park, ein Besuch lohnt sich jedenfalls. Der Kaffee schmeckt kräftig und die Mahlzeiten für zwischendurch sind sehr schmackhaft und frisch. Als Kuchen-Fan kam ich hier auch gut auf meine Kosten.Ãbrigens auch ein guter Meeting-space, denn die besten Gespräche finden ja sowieso immer in der Küche statt :)

My favourite place to eat on a daily or special occasion. Peaceful surroundings and a quaint relaxing, homely interior with open fire etc Amazing quiche and side salad, great American breakfast and I recently had a pecan pie to die for!!!! The recent thanksgiving meal was one of my best ever.

Hellas Grill, for more than twenty years they have served scores of stoned teens (who else would dream up a pizza with béarnaise sauce, pork fillet and broccoli), holiday makers longing for a bit of summer and locals. Though no Greek resident of Wuppertal will set foot in Hellas Grill. The food has over the years become diluted, the menu overbearing with items that read as if they once were what a customer asked for and somehow made it onto the menu. However, this takeaway turned restaurant is a favourite among the locals who swear they make the best Pizza. And it's true, they do make a good Pizza although the crown of "Best Pizza in Town" has been taken by a new venture.So why do the Greeks avoid it. Well there is no Metaxa Sauce in Greece, Greeks do not eat fried cheese as a main course and they don't eat Jägerschnitzel. It is, in the end, a takeaway run by Greeks who are very friendly and offer a speedy service. Order anything on the phone and it'll be ready in ten minutes.

This perhaps the most sophisticated restaurant in Wuppertal, quite different from the "pub style" or traditional ambiance that many other places have. No bratwurst here. After 3 visits I can say high quality is consistent. Limited but varied choices on the menu, with varying daily dishes. Best and freshest ingredients.Ample parking round the back, walking distance from Schwebebahn stops.

Great ambience, beautifully renovated. We were served by a young lady Who did a great job. Instead of a starter for everybody, we ordered two plates, anti pasti to share among 7. Really delicious, typical Italian, aubergine, zucchini, mushrooms, prawns in milk aoli, olives ect.The pasta dishes were very good( large portions) and the dorade perfectly prepared. Unfortunately no room for desert. A great dry white wine, served well chilled. A most enjoyable evening, very friendly staff.

I am lucky enough via quite extensive travelling to live my love of top quality food and wine practically on a daily basis. Being in Wuppertal on business I looked on TA to find out where to eat. Once again without TA you would never ever have found this quite unassuming place around the back of the main shopping area.They are open Mon to Friday basically for lunch which extends until 6:30pm. Every day there is a different menu so there is not much point in me recommending ordering the amazing lentile and veg soup followed by perfectly grilled piece of fish with green beans, pan fried cauliflour and amazing backed poleta slices with stunningly flavoursome pesto sauce.I have only one fear for anything this good at an extremly modest price - they might become a victim of their own success and cut corners in the quality to meet the increasing demand. Anybody who values the true flavours of honest homecooked food done to an incredibly high standard should not miss the opportunity of eating here!!

Traveling with my husband after a long day and no hotel reservation, we found thisgem. The owner offered us a huge room with very comfortable beds and amazing decorating. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and therefore very quiet.We enjoyed a great dinner and had a super breakfast buffet the next morning.
