Ate here twice during my stay at Hotel Stefanik on business. The food was amazing. Decent size potions, cooked to perfection and friendly service. If I could make two suggestions: 1. For the service to be a little more efficient (had to wait 10 minute for a beer) and more observant of the customers2. offer some bread and butter when sitting on the table Please don't think I and criticising the restaurant though, as I thoroughly enjoy it!*I definitely recommend the monkfish and risotto!I look forward to coming back in the future!Dear Mrs. tortyv_vicky,Thank you for your review and suggestions. it is closed to carting fully designed in the moto fan style.Usually I came on Sunday for a dinner. Burgers, ribs or other meat specialities. Local place which is empty in that time.You can talk eat big portions of meat and drink beer. DUring the dinners is the place overcrowded and the ratio between price and quality is very good.Do not hesitate to leave center and explore this destination. Other reviews here are more critical mainly about the service probbaly the expectation for tis restaurants were higher that it can give. I am satisfied.

I tried the restaurant for lunch, i had the veal. Big portion and very good quality. It was served with a cheesy rice, a bit like a risotto but very delicious. I could tell that the restaurant is high quality.

The Tematin is a fantastic hotel, the rooms are very large and clean and the restaurant is fantastic local food. Dzenco the owner is a very talented hotelier, being previously the manager at the Esplanade. The staff are very professional and well skilled in all aspects of service. I think that the Tematin is the best hotel in the area for the price you pay its outstanding. Hopefully Mrs Gabi Rauslova Dzenco's mother is there with her beaming smile and her easy charm and clear English language. She grows a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables for the restaurant on her village garden organically. Don't miss this place, I know it's not in the spa, but it's closeby and worth the visit.

our family visited restaurant for weekend lunch on Sunday, they offer special duck menu and it was amazing, great tasting, one negative was that we waited one hour for food, great service was children room with many interestings games and helpfull personal, I recommend this restaurantDear Michal, Thank you for your recommendation, it means a lot to us, even because you mentioned negative point, it is meaningful to us because we see and we will improve or fix this point you mentioned in the close future. Just please keep in mind that if there is a case that a lot unannounced people come to the restaurant in one time we are of course happy to serve them but, our food is freshly prepared, and there might be a case that we are not able to speed things up in the kitchen. But we promise to always do our best.We will be honoured to see you again.

Banco del Peru is nice cosy restaurant. I always come back here when i am home in Povazska Bystrica. I really like food there. Waitresses are nice and friendly. Can get busy at lunch hour because their lunch menu is very reasonable price! Highly recoment this restaurant!

Easily the best I've experienced in Slovakia over a fair few visits now. Why the chef, Marian Filo, doesn't have a Michelin star I don't know. The food, the ambience and the service is all absolutely first class. Not many places you meet the head chef / owner on arrival, leaving and several times in between. And this was on a night when the whole of the restaurant, chateaux and hotel had been taken over by a wedding party - except for us. We were made to feel just as special as everyone else. It's hard to pick out any one food or course as better than any of the others. Let's just say a very high standard was maintained throughout in terms of presentation,flavour, originality and quantity. No, it's not cheap, but I've paid way more for far worse in London so it's all relative. I'll be back. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for perfect and great restaurant in Bojnice and area of Prievidza, let me recommend to visit Restaurant Muzika. Directly in the historical center of Bojnice, not far away from beautiful castle, fantastic cuisine will be offered in a beautiful designed Location (inside as outside). On regular menu you will find everytime delicious meals as Salads, Steaks, Pizza and much more. And additional season menu will offer interesting creations as well some new ideas. Never I was unsatisfied (and I'm really very often in Muzika as it is my absolute favorite) and I will enjoy all the time the relaxed atmosphere and Service staff, who is everytime very friendly and obliging. And also my wife is always requesting to go to Restaurant Muzika if she will visit me during my longer work period here in Prievidza area. And this is not only caused by all the great and delicious meals, it's also caused by the great offer of wines, especially the different, fantastic wines from Slovakia.
