The best is the view (spectacular) and the ambience, good.The prices are in the average of the area, beach side and good surroundings.Dishes may improve, good presentation but need more flavour and taste.Nice desserts ! Brilliant ambience.... very basic but full of old world charm. those who like that sort of an environment will just love this place. positively buzzing with patrons. you have to wait at regular lunch time for a table. the servers are old and are all liveried in bow ties and blazers. we had the garoupa fish - garoupa a guanabara - except for the sauce the fish itself was very nice. must do place if you want to soak in the local culture and ambience.

Great service, good food and fair price. The whole concept of this school/ restaurant is great and they offer great opportunity to young people in a situation of personal and social vulnerability.Don't expect it to be a top-notch, posh, French bistro. The décor inside is simple but very pretty and the food is a mix of Brazilian and international cuisine.Overall highly recommended!

This is truly a hidden gem as Clara has already said here. The atmosphere could not be better! The owner is a gentleman who knows very much about his business and treat his guests with much attention. Not only have we tasted some delicious pastas but we also tried some good wines and obviously bought a couple of them.

We have visited the restaurant for a a dinner. First thing that we notice is that the restaurante doesn't look "fancy", however is clean and organized. When we look at the menu, we thought that was pricey, however don't be fooled, the portions are huge! So the full portion serves up to four persons! We asked a entire potion and end up bringing home and having lunch on the other day... The food is delicious, we asked for a Paillard with gnocchi and was perfect. They have a lot of options, I would say more than 30 dishes, including pasta, meats, fish and pizza. I recommend for sure.
