Elegant restaurant, calm atmosphere, good space between tables. Meat is the main feature, although there are few other type of dishes. Food overall is very good, service very professional and attentive. Prices are relatively high. Only downside was that our table was close to the entrance and a cold breeze was coming in for the whole dinner. Ask for a table far from the entrance. Public paid parking available outside

Ruca Bar will close for vacation for Christmas from 24 of December until 2 of January inclusive. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Ruca Bar is a gourmet tapa's bar located in the heart of the up and coming Barrio Italia, with a distinct atmosphere.
Noting the massive Hendrichs'gin bottle holding the front door open, I knew we were off to a good start. We sat outside for a lovely evening of drinks and tapas. Their signature "burger", slow cooked waygu beef on a bun is outstanding. Gin based drinks - martini, and specialty gin/tonic were very good. The Peru pisco sour has become my wife's favorite The grilled octopus with aioli served on a plank was among the best I've had worldwide. Tender crisp, no rubberiness. Service was ok, we really enjoyed the manager, a frenchman who guided us through the Spanish language menu. The creme brûlée was so-so and I would not recommend it.

We had breakfast multiple times here. In sequence of the hotel service people here are also very very kind. There is such a broad choice for healthy eaters like me and the more greasy types like my husband. Setting is lovely with an impressive wine room to tickle your diner imagination. Dear Marjolein CThank you for your review. Both the service team and the kitchen team are very happy for your impressions in our service. Hope to have you soon back with us,Have a great day.

Cute little bar/restaurant in Providencia; one of the waitresses speaks good English and recommended the houseâs signature dish, the pull pork bao (Asian white bread). It was delicious. We also had good, juicy, Korean style friend chicken. And the Chilean pisco sour was the best.

Our Executive Chef, Hernán Basso, together with a team of professionals, surprise us with preparations that follow techniques from France but implemented with local produce from our country. A unique and memorable sensorial experience.
I enjoyed my meal in this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and professional and the food was delicious. The decor was lovely, but I thought the lights were very bright (I personally enjoy a fine dinning experience with dimmed lights). My husband didnât enjoy his meal as much, as his side dish (a rhubarb compote) was bitter. The experience was overall good though, and I will come back to give it another try.Dear mariaortiz,Thank you for providing your review of your experience at our Restaurant! Weâre delighted that you enjoyed the design and our gastronomic preparations based on Chilean products. And we really appreciate your suggestions regarding to the lights, we will consider it for the necessary improvements. The entire dining experience was fantastic. Beginning with the excellent, friendly service to the delicious meal, I could not ask for better. Our group of 3 had excellent meals and the wine was also very good. Gabrielle, Rodrigo, Fernando (pictured) were excellent. Missed Miguel for the picture but he belongs in there as well. I included pictures of our meals.
