The restaurant is a round building with a pool in the middle. It is an out door setting with cool lighting at night. The pork shank, coconut shrimp and the molcajete combo were excellent. I had a seafood pasta that was average with clams, scallops and shrimp in a marinara sauce. The key lime pie was a big disappointment. The service is slow so don't be in a hurry. They had great live music. The prices are reasonable.

We are staying our 2 time at this beautiful resort and we most always have breakfast here and sometimes dinner. Good variety and good food. We prefer The Bistro for dinner which is at the other end of the resort and is outstanding big you are lucky enough to get Antonio as your waiter that’s a big score. He is awesome and the menu is terrific. I would suggest the Shrimp Diablo with the pepper cream soup. Great.

It never fails to impress. We are from Canada and book our stay with Thanksgiving in mind. We have eaten here7 times in the last 10 days. Food and service have been excellent. Prices definitely compare will similar restaurant in town, but food quality is superior. Margaritas could be better ... taste like a very commercial mix.

Satisfy and delight the diner with excellent service and high quality product backed by Chef Gilberto Del Toro , and so keep the restaurant with a reliable and pleasant environment for its visitors.

Have enjoyed most of the restaurants in the Plaza in El Centro many times as we vacationed in Mazatlan over the years. None, however, has been able to compare with the meal I had at Gaia at the end of March, 2019. The swordfish with mango sauce was superb and presented beautifully. The service provided was excellent. Why eat anywhere else?!

A few years ago we ate here and loved it. Usually we've completely walked by because the live music is sometimes just unbearably loud. This year is different. They have completely remodelled the place. We found that if we attend when the band is not playing or choose a table that's away from the clamour, then all is well.As for the food, it is still REMARKABLY GOOD. Recently we had (the equivalent of) oysters Rockefeller. We also had pollos malecon. Both were exceptional. We've also gone here for lunch in recent weeks. Again, stellar. Added to all of this, the staff are really, really nice and the prices are still surprisingly low.

Los Arcos

Reviewed By 99SusanK

This was a repeat visit to Los Arcos during our annual visit to Mazatlan. It used to be charming in past years, but they have remodeled to a hip interior, with blaring music, and a lot of management-type guys standing around, maybe judging the very young waiters. Even though the restaurant was not crowded, it took a long time for our food to arrive, and then several of us felt that the food was not warm enough. The waiters sign in to the computer order system with a thumb print reader -- I certainly never expected that in Mexico.i ordered a beet carpaccio with feta, and it was excellent. For my entree, i ordered tuna steak. It was supposed to be in a garlic butter sauce, but i tasted not a hint of garlic, and just a tiny bit of sauce. And it was very dry. Quite disappointing. Another diner had salmon in green sauce and enjoyed it.Thank you for your comment, it is really important to us to know your experience. We know that sometimes we can´t pleased all of our customers. Day by day we try to do our best and your review help us to improve and achieve a better service for our customers. Despite this, it is great that you could enjoyed our Beet Carpaccio. We hope you can give us another chance and see you soon!

Restaurante Condimento

Stayed at the Emporio for 2 weeks. The breakfast Buffet at Condimento is amazing and the wait staff go above and beyond. Jorge, Pedro, Francisco, and all the staff at the cooking stations are so friendly and helpful. Ponton the manager is always looking to help. This is a great restaurant it is unfortunate that the Emporio itself is getting run down. We have been coming for years but this will probably be our last time staying here. Dear Jackie P,We appreciate your comments regarding the food and staff service (Jorge, Pedro, Francisco and a server). This motivates us to continue providing a better service to our customers.Regarding your comments about your experience at the hotel, I will transmit them to each department involved for their review and follow-up.We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!!!Greetings.
