Had dinner here on an ordinary weekday. The service is very friendly and informal. The interior of the restaurant has an industrial atmosphere and fits well. They have several open wines and they are quite delicious. The menu is quite small, but the dishes are simple, tasty and fresh.I'd highly recommend this restaurant if you just want a good dinner!I especially can recommend the vegetable fries..very very good!!!

This is a very quaint and lovely quiet restaurant with some great choices in wines and food. All the food we had was terrific. If you like mussels this is the place to be. I swear they served me a 4 pound pot full. And they were divine. Everything on the table including my daughters vegetarian dishes was delightful.

This is my fav. when visiting Amersfoort. Food is delicious and very well prepared. The menu offers an excellent balance for any preference. Service is swift and friendly. I almost always go for their classic burger as it is delicious. The other meat, vegan and fish dishes are at least as good!So a must visit when you are in the area!

Restaurant is located in a small street and looks from the outside as a regular house. (in fact it was a house before it was turned into a restaurant). Very extensive menu. Besides the regular menu, they have (estimate) 30 additional items for ordering. Quality of the food is very good. Also an abundance of side dishes are served with the main course for free. Prices are very acceptable and staff is informal and friendly (but servie oriented). Only downside was that at the time i visited them it was apaprently extremely busy and the waiting times between course was way to long for my liking. i consider that an exception otherwise it wouldn't have been so busy...

We had the 5 course surprise menu which included small dishes: one salad, one soup, one apetiser, one main and dessert. They were all okey but not all of them tasty enough in my opinion. The prices are good, the service is friendly but if you don't visit this restaurant, there is nothing you are missing.

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor while in Veenendaal. It is not located in the business area, but rather in a residential area. What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, and gave excellent recommendations on local cuisine and beer . Good choice if you are in the area.

Had lunch here. Good food but the price was way too high. 15 euros for a sandwich and two alcohol free beers. It was just the sandwich, no sides. Expected to see some salad and fries aside for this price. A bit of a disappointment.

I went here with a group and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service was quite slow and we seemed to wait a long time for our main courses. There was only one choice for vegetarians on the menu and when it came it was pasta with rather rich cheese - not very good. But for atmosphere I would recommend this restaurant.

We had a terrific dinner at De Wormshoef . The food is very good with a romantic inviting ambiance. Love the large fireplace where you can sit and enjoy the fire with a hot chocolate. The restaurant manager Christina has always been so helpful. Highly recommended.Eric, Robin and JiselleLake Como Beach ResortComo, Italy

I was very disappointed from the student dinner (15⬠for 3 courses). Having a look at the menu, it looks very nice, but the three courses for students were a big disappointment. To begin with, the courses we got are not available on the menu itself. The best course was the soup, unfortunately not more than three sips. As a maincourse, we got a hamburger, with low-quality meat (kind of a Frikandel) and a very small portion of fries. The vegetarian option was some kind of puff-pastry with a bit of cale. The dessert was a slice of pink gelee. All in all, this was unfortunately not even worth the 15⬠we paid. It seems to be a good restaurant and I am sure the food might be better, but I wouldn't go back there and would not recommend to take the student dinner.
