Find out what International restaurants to try in Kristiansand. Breathtaking Kristiansand was first settled in the early 5th century, with its modern iteration founded by King Christian IV in the mid 1600s. Home to many cultural, music, and arts festivals, the Norwegian city pulses with creative energy. Several museums celebrate local history and natural features, and the trails of Odderoyja are a wonderful way to breathe in fresh air while mingling with locals. Historic Oddernes church is a blend of architectural styles.

Victoria Pub is the favourite place for the adult audience in Kristiansand. Free live music wednesday to saturday, favouring country and pop/rock with known artists. The menu is broad, for everyones taste and wallet. Victoria Pub offers one of the widest
The Victoria Pub is bang in the middle of the small town comprising Kristiansand in the south of Norway...or the Norwegian Riviera as it is known locally. There is a lovely sun-trap pub garden one block back from the road, and the barman could not have been more helpful. After exploring the cathedral, we decided a couple of pints were in order, and we spent a contented couple of hours here. As everywhere else, there is free WiFi and good beer.
Our cruise ship stopped here for a port call and we were looking for a place with free wifi to take a break from our walk around the town. Staff member was very welcoming, spoke English perfectly and helped us with our order. Drinks were really great, especially the Earl Grey tea. We shared a waffle with berries and cream-one of the best sweets I've ever tasted. Sandwiches and salads also available. Price for a coffee, tea, OJ, and waffle was US $20. Located inside mall with plenty of seating. Kid friendly. Highly recommended.
Usually order takeout from Mai Oishi, but eating in the restaurant makes it even better! This is probably my favorite sushi spot in this town. Fairly affordable in return for good quality. Skip the plain nigiris and sushi, I highly recommend anyone to try out their special maki series!

The interior and decor reminds me of an old cafe with bingo and sigarettes. But the food is really excellent. Can sometimes look boring, but tastes great! This is the place to go if you want good Norwegian food. The dessert buffet is too expensive tho.

The pizza here is pretty ok, but I've tried a lot of different things on the menu and find it tasteless. They use way to much pre-cooked food and not enough spice and flavoring. The food is edible, but not great in taste...
