Cafe featuring international cusine that employs and empowers local indidgenous communities and directly funds health and education intiatives of the Andes.
We went to the restaurant twice because the food is really fresh/tasty and the view is beautiful. The local people working there were happy to welcome us and did a really good job. Also it was a good quality-price-ratio. After lunch we also bought knitwear made of pure sheepwool from the "Club of mujeres" they offer a lot of different things in different sizes. We highly recommend the restaurant and the shop and be impressed by this great community project. Many thanks for your comments about you visit to the Cafe and the Knitting Cooperative. The ladies working at the Cafe are a cheerful group, trying hard to learn. Both the Cafe and the Knitting group benefit the women working there and proceeds help to pay the early childhood teacher. We are pleases that you felt the food was good and of value. Thanks for a 2 time visit !!!RegardsDiana

Peruvian and international cuisine since 1997 french Bistro style ambiance. view of the mountains while sitting near the window. Best dishes Throut in almonds..Sirloin pepper steak..thai stir fried... Quinua soup..Aji de gallina...Lomo saltado.. fresh dri
Apparently chicken (pollo) is the main ingredient servdd in most restaurants in Peru. Not bad but maybe one wants something else fir a change. Thats whh we went to this place. It wasn't chicken but also wasn't anthing I will remember next week. Bland and nothing special. Slow unmotivated staff.

16 of us came here on our last night in Huarez. We had our own little corner of the restaurant all to ourselves, which worked out well because we were a bit loud. The other diners in the restaurant had much more intimate quiet tables for their meals. We ordered a lot of pizza, all different varieties, and everything was delicious. One group member also had lomo saltado, and he also raved about it. The wait staff was very accommodating. Prices might have been a little higher than elsewhere, but the food was worth it. This restaurant is close to the plaza, so it's easy to access. I recommend it.

#HONESTFOOD Sourdough pizza, artisan bread and pasta, home baked desserts, specialty coffee, artisan beers, wines and pisco drinks.
Mango, papaya and kefir drink was so refreshing and delicious!! Pineapple, coconut milk and oat drink also amazing. Smoked trout tapa not so good - really needed something - maybe lemon or lime? Quinoa, avocado and olive salad was excellent. Pizza really good. Service not great - she never checked on us and we had to keep getting up to ask for things. And we were the only people there. VISA accepted.

Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name âTRIVIOâ comes from the Latin word âTriviumâ which means âthe confluence of three trailsâ. It was at these confluences or âTriviumsâ, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends
My husband and I love Trivio. We have lived in Ancash for almost a year and always end up at Trivio for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner. Highly recommend their breakfast. It is American style and coffee comes with each breakfast and is super affordable. I love pancakes and the omelette as well. During high tourist season, their menu is one of the bests. Lots of variety and always has a vegetarian option. For dinner I recommend the chicken sandwich and their pastas are yummy as well! But by far their beer keeps us coming back along with the friendly staff. Tony is our favorite! The Shaman IPA is by far our favorite beer along with the Amber Ale. You will not be disappointed by coming to Trivio!!

We make traditional Peruvian cuisine with modern techniques, the menu varies every week or depending on the seasons of the food.
What a little gem! We were told of Jama by some friends and went in with high expectations which were well and truly exceeded. The owner/chef is incredibly passionate about what he does and the food is sensational. His ambition to have the best restaurant in the world is undoubtedly evident in the food that he presents!

I ate here solo by candle light and enjoyed every bit of the scrumptious experience. I ate a savoury ham and cheese crepe with a pisco sour. Creperie Patrick has an extensive list of crepes - both sweet and savoury!

We had two meals and lots of drink visits here whilst staying in Huaraz. The food was delicious (including lots of great vegetarian options), fresh and healthy. The space itself is very warm and welcoming and we really enjoyed spending time here planning activities or resting after them! Friendly, relaxed staff added to the great atmosphere.
