Restaurant Op Suyt raised the expectations by offering a unique concept of an inside BBQ restaurant (nice touch during the winter season!). The chef at Op Suyt slow cooks his grilled dishes on the Big Green Egg BBQ. There are 2 huge Big Green Egg grills and one medium sized Big Green Egg located at the restaurant. The smell of grilled meat in the complex (which also houses a Fitland hotel, bowling alley, wellness and sporting facilities) gets your appetite ready and expectations were high. However the food turned out to be a big disappointment. The ceviche (Peru style) probably was the worst I ever had. After that we had the special slow cooked Carving Special of the day (Ribeye, I think) what ought to be the speciality. The dish served was very small however after eating it I was glad I finished it because I rated it only 2 out 5 points, maybe 1 out of 5 if I am really honest.I think a good chef can probably grill a decent piece of meat on a Big Green Egg BBQ however it is appears to be very important what quality of meat you grill. Probably the meat is cheap and of poor quality. I grill better steaks on my â¬25 grill :) but I do buy good quality fresh meat.We were with a group of 4 and we all agreed that it wasn't the experience we hoped for. The food in this place sucked. If you expect the quality of Rodeo or Sopranos in Eindhoven then don't go to Op Suyt because it doesn't even come close.Oh by the way. I had the pineapple with ice cream as a dessert (in een Peruaans kruidenjasje), and it wasn't what was advertised either and extremely small for the â¬6,-.So the quality was stable: all of the dishes: starters, main course and dessert were poor. Spend your â¬â¬â¬ elsewhere if you like good food!

Welcome to restaurant RAV in the city center of Eindhoven. A restaurant where individual treatment, warmth en good atmosphere are central. What we at RAV value is a personal treatment. To give our guests the feeling their day is complete and to take away
I just wish the food was as delicious as the inside decor is charming and cosy. The menu is all over the place and is pretentious without delivering. Some weird combinations. If this place were to do one or two classic things really really well and get a rep for it - it could be one of the best places in Eindhoven.

Went here with the family to celebrate a birthday. We arrived early so it was not busy yet. Between courses it takes about 15-20 minutes. There are about 50 dishes to chose from including deserts. Per round each person can order 2 dishes. It took us about 3 hours before we left the restaurant. The meals arw freshly cooked and very tasty.

In Michelin awarded restaurant De Lindehof you can enjoy a contemporary total concept: culinary tour de forces in a modern and hospitable ambiance.
Just had a fantastic dinner in de Lindehof with friends. Wonderful food amazing starters and just awesome service. We had the 6 course dinner which was simply grwat. How many different flavours can you add in one dish? The plates itself were small works of art served on wonderful porselain. The serving staff was very professional they just saw everything. The flow from the kitchen to the table was smooth....we never had to wait too long but we also didnt have the feeling the things were rushed. Great pace. If possible you should go here. Reservation might be necessary...we will be back for sure.

We visted at the end of a sunny Sunday. Me, my wife and my big brother.Started outside and moved later on inside. Rather simple interior, but the food was very good and the waitresses were extremely kind. They advised us on Italian wine, as we were about to go for a holiday in Toscana and gave professional advice. Not expensive, nicely located in the center(?) of the village.
Fifth is an innovative concept in a central location in Eindhoven. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served while enjoying live music on the weekends. You can also go there for different events and it is a wedding location. All this in an old building, but
A little hidden away between the new buildings on the NRE site south of the Dommel , the monumental main hall of the old gas works has been converted into a large but elegant restaurant in post-industrial style with seating both inside and outside. Service was a little slow for lunch but it was worth waiting for. An interesting menu with some traditional dishes with more imagination and attention to detail than we generally get.

Went with a party from a business event, started with a delightful draught beer, then we were taken to the upstairs restaurant and given a succession of home-cooked starters, main courses and deserts, all of which were introduced by the restaurant owner. Great selection of white and red wine to accompany the meal. Very satisfied customer.

Looking for a place to eat not to far from where we live we ended up in this restaurant. The concept is quit simple and smart. You can eat as much as you want for a certain price. Only condition: you need to finish the dish before asking a new dish. Because it takes some time and the staff is very efficient in asking if you want another drink, at the end of the evening/diner the bill is still high. But the food is excellent, nicely served and very friendly staff.Do we ever return here? The answer is "yes" but not to often.A good example of innovating an old concept into a modern way of making money.
