Welcome at Restaurant 't Lansink, situated in the monumental Tuindorp 't Lansink. We will surprise you with our Local-French cuisine by our topchef Lars van Galen. We offer also private dining rooms or you can have dinner at our chef's table in the kitchen
We had dinner at the chef's table and it was a remarkable experience. The service at the Lansink is as good as you can expect it in a place of this category, the selection of wines excellent, the food just delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and all the components with elements from different cuisines over the world delivered a fantastic and exciting explosion of flavour. Seeing the chef and his team working in the kitchen was the cherry on the cake.

Although some rooms are a bit outdated it is a nice hotel to stay for both business and leisure at a good quality/price rate. Very kind and helpful personnel. Also a surprisingly good kitchen. Much better than expected. I have stayed here for business several days per week for the last 3-4 months and I am feeling actually a bit at home.

I have had dinner here on a couple of occasions over the last few months while staying the hotel. The menu offers a decent range of options, nothing exciting or surprising but something for everyone. I've taken the steak a couple of times, decent but nothing special, it comes with vegetables and fries. Prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly, there is a nice mix of guests that always makes for a positive atmosphere.
Top 10 Dutch food in Diepenheim, Overijssel Province, The Netherlands

We had planned to eat in Rijssen itself, however after a heavy week and then a bracing walk in the surrounding woods we decided, after a quick look at the menu to eat in the hotel. The restaurant is surprisingly large and quite well designed in a modern manner. The staff charming and quite professional considering their ages. To be frank the starter was disappointing, the chef's sampler consisted of lamb ham, coburger ham, smoked salmon and a deep fried prawn on a bed of frisse over which was a drizzle of sweetish, brown rather unpleasant sauce. No idea what it was. Hardly inspirational and oddly enough the most expensive of the starters. The mains were good, Hazepeper and wild boar. Lovely, but again nothing to get wildly excited about and the broccolli that came as a side was not really warm. We didn't have puddings as such, just coffees with liqueurs served with chocolate, brownies and a piece of apple cake...what's to get wrong? The only jarring aspects of the evening were firstly an overpriced house wine, basically Spanish plonk, and the fact that the waiter seemed to be wearing tap shoes (the waitresses all wore soft soles). It was amazingly irritating to hear him click back and forward over the vast expanse of hard wood floor. When we, somewhat diplomatically I thought, proposed to him that he could use some of his tip to get some rubber soles, he merrily informed us that "Yes, some of his customers found the noise irritating, but then again, some didn't". I'm still working that one out, has he actually had customers who have complimented his staccato salvos across the floor and found it enhanced the dining experience? I guess I'll never know.

Enjoyed a nice diner in the quiet centre of Rijssen. The service was the best I can remember, the served dishes of good quality and apparently also enjoyed by locals. Recommended!

Nicely located in old city center of Borculo, a small place in the East of Holland. Owned by same owner as the next door "Stenen Tafel" a nearly a *** restaurant. Great dishes, great choice of wine, friendly and professinal service. They have a beautifull terrace at the backside's waterfront with views to a centuries old water-mill Lunch dishes are brilliant as well. Overall very pleasant,, good quality and affordable. Not cheap !

Where to eat French food in Diepenheim: The Best Restaurants and Bars
The restaurant is embedded in Hotel-Restaurant "Hof Van Twente" and is operated by the well-known Pierik family. We stayed at this hotel, but the restaurant is open to everyone. As the weather was clement, we secured a nice outside table. The service of the staff was friendly, but a bit slow. As starter I had chosen carpaccio; I marveled at the amount of additional ingredients added to the dish, rocket, roasted pine kernels, sun dried tomato, gherkins, pesto sauce and toasted bread stripes. Mostly this is done by the chef to disguise inferior quality beef, but the beef in this carpaccio dish was excellent. My advice, with this excellent beef is to stick to the original recipe of Guiseppe Cipriani. The main course was grilled salmon with hollandaise sauce; this dish was well prepared; the desert was creme brulee. In addition to the tasty creme brulee, ice cream and fresh fruit was added on the side. Very satisfactory. I must add that the ambiance was a bit marred by the heavy traffic passing through the village of Hengevelde. Furthermore, the bill was expensive, to be expected in a Dutch restaurant, but if I compare this restaurant (in a small village, family run restaurant) with comparable establishments in the surrounding countries, Germany, Austria, Italy) I marvel at the fact that those foreign restaurants are able to serve the same amount and quality of food for half the price of the bill in a Dutch restaurant. But, generally speaking, the rating of 4 point is well deserved. Oh, I forget, the local "Twents" beer is worth sampling.
