In stark contrast to the rest of the Hilton Seychelles Northolme Hotel, the Les Cocotiers restaurant was disappointing. Unfortunately. The food was mediocre and the fish was tough. There are much better dining options in nearby hotels and restaurants in Beau Vallon. I do not like writing this as otherwise I really liked the Hilton Seychelles Northolme Hotel, but can only hope that the restaurant changes.Dear HighlanderJan,Thank you very much for your feedback on Les Cocotiers Restaurant. Le Cardinal impressed with its high standards of service from the very friendly waiting staff. The breakfast food was excellent- and it was fantastic to start the morning off with a refreshing passionfruit Eye Opener smoothie. This is the Hilton Northolme restaurant with amazing views and service. The evening buffet has an amazing selection, with the chefs and staff catering to your every whim. We had excellent service from Precious and Sarah. In the kitchen Raj was able to make the most delicious Indian curries, and Bernard made some amazing noodles to order. Although this was a buffet the chefs went above and beyond to make sure you had what you wanted. My family and I were truely impressed by their service. If it wasn't there, they would make it for you. Really exceptional service. Nice bar for chilling at and having a few drinks or a meal after being at the beach. The views are nice too especially around sunset. The food was ok - I had a steak which was just alright. Unfortunately the place is let down by the terrible service. One of the young girls had a really bad attitude and kept slamming things down on our table, tutting and sighing and very reluctant to take food orders. Considering the prices in the Seychelles it was not that expensive. Service is good and food quality was great. It is well located and place looked very simple at first (considering it was not creole restaurant or inexpensive) and the food made the difference.

Thought we would try this on the first night as it was next to us, it was local night with a band playing why was quite good,the food also was good with plenty of choices and plenty of food for a buffet. The only downside was having to pay for still water, itâs the only place I have ever paid for water.Dear 432barrya,Thank you for your kind review. We stayed at the Savoy so used Pescado, the hotel restaurant a few times.We were pleasently surprised with the quality of the food, well prepared, well presented and delicious.The staff were very friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed our meals in Pescado.The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. Fresh fish was displayed and you could pick what you wanted and how you wanted it cooked, which we thought was great.Very happy in general. A great place for a lovely meal.

We shared a Seafood Parrillada main course (selections of seafood) and a seared tuna main course and enjoyed both very much. A down side for us was the seating on the veranda. Whilst it was pleasant to sit outside, the seating is a little uncomfortable and does not suit the table height! The beers are way above average price, SCR172 for a 500ml. draught & when you consider that they add on 10% service plus 15% VAT (not included in the menu price) it makes the experience really expensive. We came to eat in Eden restaurant as H resort guests. Service was so welcoming and warm. The location of the restaurant is great, as it is just by the beach and it is so romantic dining while listening to the waves. But we experienced few things that we think didnât fit the standard of the resort: We felt that the food was not that amazing and wasnât worth the prices. My fish was over cooked and dry, the side grilled vegetables were lacking flavor and some were bitter, we had ants walking on our table...It is still very important to note that service was excellent, as the chef came to our table to figure out what we didnât like in the meal, and gave us a free dessert. But we still think that the total dinner experience wasnât worth the high prices and that the restaurant could improve.
