most unprofessional 5 star restaurant i ever visited. we were invited by a company for iftaar dinner. the main course kept in buffet was not enough for the guests who were present in the restaurant. the staff did not refill the buffet and most of the guests including me left with disappointment. this is ridiculous, absurd, most unprofessional, third class place to dine.the soft drinks they served were filled in the glasses quite a long time before the guests arrived. the drinks were warm. i will never visit here again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

My experience with this restaurant was very good. The best part was quick service. Food was tasty, prices are a bit on a higher side for certain dishes, but still considering the service & food quality i didnt mind paying the price, its ok once in a while. its also a good place to take your family as its situated on the corniche where after your meal you can just walk opposite to relax by the sea view side. I hope they keep up the consistency and come up with some new dishes on their menu. over all they are very good. In khobar this is the best restaurant i prefer. i would give them 8 of 10.

Many Compound restaurants are generally not that fancy, many are basic enough. However, the Blue Straw berry restaurant is an exception. There is a nice atmosphere in this restaurant, staff were very friendly and we were quickly attended to. We all opted for the Indian dish and it was well presented, excellent tasting and good value. I may not be int the area again, but I would recommend this restaurant. Worth giving it a try.

Hi, I am Val Pablo. I had dinner with my two Filipino friends dated July 26, 2018. Seafood buffet is so perfect, something good to offer for everyone. Service was awesome and Khalil and his staff was very accommodating. We will be back definitely! More power Café Chic Sofitel!

The place looks great and the food is good. I particularly enjoyed the spicy tuna salad for starters and the camel milk ice cream for dessert. AlSanbouk offers variety of fresh seafood grilled or fried or stewed. I was invited by a friend. They give you 3 courses . The service is outstanding . The sea view is amazing with the huge white seagulls. Prices are a bit high and fish and lobster is priced by weight . The dynamite shrimp and appetizers are first class . All cold and hot Lebanese tabouleh, hummus, Baba ghanoush, mutabbal, fattoush, Kubbah and patata harr.I cannot wait to go there again. It is on Khobar corniche and is very close to northern Khobar , Corniche area, Azizia and Khozama . Parking is available but gets full quickly on weekends.It is advisable to reserve a table before going especially if you have an occasion.

Went there for a romantic dinner which was set up as such (roses...) but not everything was as per my requests. As discussed on the phone and the order placed the name was not on the cake/plate and a few other minor details. Fixed food menu for romantic dinner was limited - I was looking forward to the signature salt seabass (or some other fish) but was not on the menu. Overall the experience was wonderful but I'd have to come back on a normal course of day to try their a la-carte lunch/dinner to comment on overall food. Service was exceptional (besides attention to requested details or lack of). I'd like to give it 5 but nothing really was exceptional for such a place it believes it should be right up there. Recommend it for a romantic dinner with the whole package costing under 500.
