Lovely restaurant....poor customer service...wrong order brought out mushrooms instead of mash potato! Steak tasted good but expensive...staff had lack of knowledge about steaks in general told me a sirloin was thin but thwn brought out a fat layer of steak!? ...disappointed a lot with service but food tasted good so its a shameDear MedaDin, Thank you for your positive comments on the restaurant itself and the taste of the food. It is concerning for me to read that the customer service and knowledge of our staff has let you down on this occasion. I love the room and the atmosphere. The corridor smells good, everything was clean and food is excellent. A staff named Sankar was very friendly and very helpful. All the other staffs are very polite and generous with their smiles which makes your day feel better. I love it here.

My wife and I had a chance to go there last night and came away so impressed with the quality of service, the waiter Ahmed Abuzeid was one of the nicest people we have met since being in UAE. The food at Barfly was outstanding, so much so it was hard to walk away from getting just one more plate at the sushi social. Thank you for the outstanding atmosphere, food, and service!

We were invited for a champagne sabering that evening and it was a spectacular experience! Fernando narrated a lot about the history of St. Regis traditions and we did enjoyed the stories that made the night very interesting! It was fortunate that we were invited so we have to thank all of you! To the whole team of Crystal Lounge, keep up the excellent services! Excellent Friday brunch. Amazing staff and very cozy ambience. Food and drinks selection are superb. My husband and I love to come here. Each time we come, Portia gives us a very warm reception and takes very good care of us. Rindi is another staff that has a friendly smile and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended
