Padang food is one of my favorites so I was really please to discover this restaurant. The food was clean looking and very tasty. I ordered some chili beans, gulai ayam (curry chicken) and a telor balado (boiled egg with chili). I ate this food together with food I had ordered next door in it's sister restaurant. Some of the other dishes that were available are squid in ink, ayam rendang, tempe goreng, and many more.Everything taste delicious and I plan to come back here again with my family.

Restaurant and Snack in Belitung. Cozy place and many food and drink. Jika anda berkunjung kesini anda dapat menikmati hidangan khas belitung.
As one of the must try restaurant in Belitung, I've visited this place in the morning during my trip from airport to the hotel.Mie belitung, one of this place's favorite cuisine was picked by me. The dish was unique, as came with sweety soup, chewy noodle, and two little prawns as garnish. But it is ok to me for trying one of local dishes.

Our shop located in city center, accurately in Lux Melati hotel outdoor area. Warm and small place to relax and have cold beer after a day trip on the island. we provide a few local and imported beer in shop. Friendly staff will provide you information fo
If thereâs one thing that had to be done on belitung, well thatâs Frosty Beer. As an upcoming Indonesian destination for many -be it seasoned travellers or first timers, but mainly people living in Jakarta looking for a way out of town, and a relaxed weekend on a peaceful beach- Belitung now has it all: many flights connecting the island to Jakarta, and now chartered flights also to Singapore, a truly laidback atmosphere, good roads, miles of unspoilt and deserted beaches, several hotels, noodles to die for and now also its first real beer bar. So finally when heading back to town after a day visit to the beach (I recommend Penyambong rather than the more well known ones), or the Tarsius reserve, the Kaolin lake or any other of the places to explore in the island, one can now come home to a cold, Frosty Beer. And itâs not just the usual Bintang thatâs served, thereâs actually a pretty decent choice: certainly Bintang is there, as is Prost -an Indonesian Beer that has been on the market for the past 3 years- but also more âexoticâ brews like Corona, Guinness (in the bottle), Erdinger, Budweiser, Sapporo, Balmain, Heineken, Carlsberg, Duvel and Konig Ludwig Weissbier and more. Also thereâs Cider for anyone not too keen on beer and preferring something sweeter, thereâs Strongbow, Magnets and the locally made Albens in different versions: classic, strawberry and the apple mango is youâre feeling adventurous. And Radler/Shandy.The bar itself is located on the outside of a hotel (the Lux Melati), along a side street, itâs an open long and narrowish space with tables running from one end to the other. Service is what you would expect, extremely relaxed with fridges that are accessible to patrons who can then check the selection and grab theirs. Thereâs no food but snacks can be arranged and we for example managed to get a couple of sate ayam on our table that were ordered from outside and served to us. And I her they will provide some snack in the future. Thereâs a decent selection of music that sits well in the background and many local friendly characters who visit this bar, and with whom you will struck a conversation in no time, if you want, otherwise just sit back, chill and sip on a Frosty Beer of your choice. How could I not recommend a place that serves cold beer, has a friendly service and very reasonable prices (large bottle of Prost for 40.000IDR) and is basically a place -the only place in Belitung- where to end a good day of touring and maybe even make new friends? So there you go, if you end up in Belitung, and youâre thirsty, your wonât be after being here.

They sell local snacks n many food for lunch or dinner. But the taste not to good for me. I bought a box of rice with chili prawns (good), fish ball (not god), chicken foots (not good), crab snack (not good), pempek (has no taste), risol (not good), pandan chocolate cake (not soft texture). Overall, i only eat rice n chili prawns. Not want to come back here

Ordered 2 dishes, waited 45 mins when there was just 3 tables at the restaurant, the food came out undercooked and we had to send it back. Not to mention it's open air and I've never seen so many flies in my life. Oh, and the TV is on for staff, but no music for customers. Service was average but that's not the staff's fault, it's managements.

We chose this restaurant because of its good review, and our choice was right. We ordered grilled fish, fried shrimps, fried chicken, crab with Padang sauce and Gangan fish soup. We ordered our favorite key lime juice for drinks. They all tasted yummy. The only drawback was the dining room was not cold enough. There were ACs in the room but the front door was not closed properly. Overall, if you happen to be in Tanjungpandan, you should consider this restaurant.

Food was ok, nothing special but we still polished up everything since we were really hungry after a long ride. The restaurant has some instagrammable spots to take pictures. Lots of people were doing it after having lunch. Kids had fun with the shipâs wheel decoration. They had fun pretending to sail.

The famous noodles were just average for my liking but the chicken rice was quite tasty. The es jeruk kunci was really refreshing and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and efficient service. It was very inexpensive. It was overall a good experience trying something unique to the island.

We went there twice for dinner - the first time we got a platter of dishes to try and the second time we ordered ala carte. The curry served in a coconut was good. One of our favourites was the fish sate, which tasted fresh and home made.
