This is the best restaurant that you will find in Udupi - the food is great and service better - very clean and family friendly place right in the middle of the town. And did I mention, their prices are just dirt cheap.

The various variety of dishes is nicely done. The owners/managers are always around and visible, so service is also very good. Price point is affordable and easy on the pocket. I liked the way they serve water in wine bottles but no liquor.

Diana restaurent in Udupi town is located 1km from Centre on highway and is a good quality vegetarian restaurent and its various varietes of icecreams. Gadbad is most famous among locals though I didnt find anything amazing about it. Its also famous for its cutlets but I couldnt try. Nice place for dining though and prices are resonable.

Lots of crowd - that means, normally, freshly cooked food, but rushed and slower service. But at Kediyoir Gazebo restaurant, it was an exception. Their service and good food explains why there is so much of crowd of patrons. Vegetable Hot & Sour soup was disappointing; spicy - yes. Hot - No. it was like warm when served. Vegetables- only shredded cabbage and chilies. Disappointing. Couldnât consume beyond 2-3 spoons. I didnât complain, but the attentive staff knew my reaction and whispered that they will cancel it, as I didnât like it. The Tulunadu signature dish - Kori Rotti - was amazingly tasty. The best I have tasted so far. The staff served me a hot bowl of extra Gassi, just when I needed. Again, proof of attentive staff. Ample car parking. Very reasonable prices!! Good value for money. Worth revisiting to enjoy food here.

I had visited this restaurant in February, 2019. The hotel is known for goli baje and it is called mangalore bajji in other places. The quality of goli baje and idli was good, where as the quality of masala dosa was not worth to mention. The restaurant is moderately priced and not one of the best in Udupi. It is ok restaurant for the price they charge.

This hotel is located in the basement of the hotel complex. The hotel is at walk able distance from the famous Udupi Krishna Mutt. The hotel serves typically south indian and coastal special vegetarian food. The stuff served is very delicious and worth the price. It is definitely a good try food joint for people visiting Udupi and wanting to try the local vegetarian cuisine.

Having read positive reviews about the restaurant i was really looking forward to it but unfortunately it didnât live up to the expectations. I was fairly impressed by the ambience and wide food selections on the menu, the challenge is that the quality and taste seems to be compromised to get the wide list. Taste and quality of food was below average. Nachos was below average, itâs no where near to how it should be. Vegetarian munchurian was uncooked, Hakka noodles was okay, bit bland and Mexican sizzlers was an average. We ordered pizza for kids as there was no kids menu available. We specifically requested and the server confirmed that the pizza will not be spicy. After all that The pizza ended up being spicy (chilly flakes were added). When I informed the server about this, his reaction was classic...he said âI did tell the chef to make it mild but donât know why they made it like thatâ then matter worsened when the chef informed the server he didnât add any spices, so we ended up providing evidence. The server and his supervisor didnât feel sorry about the situation as for them they did their task of informing the chef, itâs the chef who screwed up so they canât do much about it !!There was no other standard follow ups I.e offer another fresh Pizza to compensate or maybe a refund. Not that a refund would have changed my opinion but I was surprised that the basics were not even followed. They have a big board outside the restaurant highlighting that they are no.1 udupi restaurant..... which maybe the problem here, my expectations on food and service was higher than normal based on reviews and advertising.
