Had heard good things about this place so decided to give a try. Glad to have booked a table as restaurant was very busy when we arrived. Greeted by friendly staff and have to say the food was excellent and very good value for money. Would definately recommend and we'll be returning.

This was our first visit to the restaurant /pub and it won't be our last. Excellent food, really friendly staff and appeared to be quite a few regulars as the staff knew them (always a good sign ).The drinks are regular pub prices, nor does the restaurant put a little bit extra on for having drinks at the table.We weren't hurried either, even though it was fullHiya lorrainedunn24,Happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit and that you enjoyed your food. Had a fantastic meal once again at the Taj! My little boy's birthday in June and he wanted to go to have his favourite chicken korma! Excellent staff, fantastic atmosphere and he even received a complementary dessert with"Happy birthday' and the staff sang to him!! Best Indian restaurant! Well worth a visit! You will return

Visited on a Saturday very busy but they did fit us in, service very good and friendly.Food chicken dansak excellent.2nd vist, service not quite so good waiters looked fed up. Chicken Balti here shall we say is very rich, prawn madras very nice.

OMG, 2nd time we have ordered from here, best Curries we have ever had, everything seasoned to perfection. We cannot fault but praise the Chef and cooks and also the person answering the phone taking the order, could tell it was busy busy busy and this was at 17:30 !!! Keep doing what your doing as it's great to finally find a Curry house that produces great tasting dishes. Thank you.
