have been there on 19.09.2019. They are a pretty old restaurant located at the junction of park street and free school street. They are still maintaining the quality of food, however the attitude of the staff needs to be improved. The ambience is ethnic, as it was. The area is very spacious. Best time for family is for lunch.

This is one of the best in the city if you are looking for premium authentic Indian cuisine. The Kabuli Kebab was the showstopper, soft slow cooked kebabs melting in the mouth. The Dum Pukht mutton Biryani was also amazing. The mutton was soft and deliciously cooked. Dessert options are also exhilarating. Absolutely outstanding courtesy shown by the waiters as well. Needless to say, the ambience is terrific.Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback on Trip Advisor. We deeply appreciate your comments on Dum Pukht, ITC Sonar. Reviving the artfulness of courtly manner, presentation and cookery from across the country, Dum Pukht brings you the grand cuisine of India in an ambience that is truly regal. Its surprising array of aromatic dishes slow cooked in sealed deghs with handpicked spices to impart a delicate, alchemical infusion of flavours and textures and its impeccable, indulgent service have won Dum Pukht high praise and numerous accolades. We thank you for your patronage and look forward to welcome you back in the near future.Warm regards,Atul BhallaArea Manager-East, ITC Hotels& Cluster General Manager ITC Royal Bengal & ITC Sonar

Lovely meal for two for Rs800 and that because we had the most expensive things from the Indian & Tandoor menu, one of many cuisines available. Not only good value, but good food.

This is one of the most favorite restaurants for us in Kolkata. Their vegetable dishes, yellow daal, chingri-kochu, posto - all are not just yummy, yummiest. At lunchtime, you may need to wait for some time to get a table. It's a family friendly restaurant. Waiters are good to understand your choice. Try their vegetable dishes especially kachu chingri, potoler dolma, yellow daal, potato vorta, daal vorta, egg-plant vorta, chingri malai curry, fish kofta, and pabda fish. You will not regret.

Here again on my visit to the city. Kusums rolls has never lost its flavour and charm. Got my fix of double Egg Roll and i was on cloud no.9. There is something about the place that draws me near. And i dont need to be hungry to relish the rolls here. A trip to the city is definitely incomplete without a visit here

The title says all. very humble service but may be due to language difference there was a miscommunication. Nevertheless, what we asked we were able to get and the wrong order was cancelled. Food no qualms. Love it.While ordering clearly get the waiter say what you have ordered if you do not know the local language.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The decor is ok, but we came for the food. The wait staff exceeded our expectations. The host even split our plates for a group of 7 with the best of each dish. Weâll definitely come again.
