Excellent meal, very good value, customer service first class. Found restaurant via tripadvisor, majority of reviews gave a glowing report and my wife and I were certainly not disappointed. Possible one of the tastiest Indian meals we both ever had. Thanks to all the staff

Very good, this place goes from strength to strength. Very well run family restaurant. Nothing too much trouble., and the food for the area is excellent. This plae does not need bolstering up with all these awards people now seem to enter into. Just visit and you can see the Staff know the clients by name and it is very civilised indeed. Portsmouths 2018 Restaurant of the Year - India Quay offers the very best Indian cuisine has to offer along with being the No 1 live music event in the area! Set in the beautiful Port Solent, India Quay truly is a cut above the rest.
Reflecting post-experience, a menu with as many 'fast-food' burger-type choices as curry dishes should have been a clue and, when our curry arrived, my son (a fine dining chef) remarked: "Curry out of a jar". Initial warm welcome deteriorated into poor service, nearing rudeness. Perhaps my non-verbals were leaking - "This is dire"...Positives? Nice decor.

A chic looking drinks lounge Kassia may appear to be (and it does the drink thing very well), but it is the Indian flavoured small plates of food that are worth coming for. These plates, and the innovative booth seating, make it an ideal venue for a group dinner of shared choices. Nevertheless, i enjoyed it as a solo diner since i was able to try 5 different items for a reasonable price. Only the prawn plate was subpar.

Hiya, we have tried many top rated places on trip advisor and been really disappointed... Tonight we tried Indian Cottage, and so glad we did. Excellent curry, excellent naan bread and we couldnât fault anything to be honest. Well worth a try, hopefully our experience wasnât a one off!! We will definitely use them again, and like I previously said, I really hope this wasnât a one off and they continue to impress and end up No1 Indian in portsmouth! We will wait and see, but I will re review next time I visit if anything changes!

Iâve been visiting here for over 15 years, the food is fantastic and the service excellent. I would highly recommend them, I have had a chicken chilli masala for the last 10 years and it tastes the same every time. Absolutely brilliant food

Blue Cobra Restaurant North End Authentic Indian Bangladeshi Restaurant.Amazing food, service and even better prices. Get a real taste of authentic Bangladeshi cuisine. We hope you can join us.
Called in here for an evening meal, on our way to France. The restaurant came recommended by our taxi driver. We were not disapointed. We were immediately welcomed and shown to our table. This being nicely dressed in fine white table cloths and knapkins, The staff were very effisient and pleasant, and we soon had our drinks. I ordered the Bombay Buffalo Bhuna, this came with vegetables and rice. It was delicious. The meat was for me a very large portion, the pieces of buffalo being at least and inch to an inch and a half chunks. The sauce was lovely and there was so much I had to leave some. My wife had the chicken curry with special fried rice. Again there was a lot of chicken in a lovely sauce. Again so much my wife had to leave some. This was the best indian I have had for several years. This place is well worth a visit.
