Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered through just eat. Deluvery was 20 minutes late and then they didnt bring half our order and what they brought was cold!! Rang back said it would come out straight away 50 minutes later plus phone calls x2 and the rest arrived cold too!!

Visited again as itâs very local, been here many times and it never disappoints.Prices have gone up ever so slightly since our last visit, in all fairness if they went up twice more we would still come as itâll still be very good value for money.Beautiful meals freshly prepared and tasting great. Large bottles of cobra to wash it down with, just fantastic.Good selection of food and drinks available to suit all budgets.Great customer service too

1st time there tonight, had vegetarian thaliâs, very nice and very authentic. I would challenge there is better street food restaurant in Cardiff (have reviewed and eat there regularly) but this is very strong competition. We will visit again & happily recommend. Eat real Indian street food not British rubbish Indian curries.

Buffet on a sunday is outstanding, food is always replenished with a great selection of starters and mains. Staff are very attentive and welcoming and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Its just a pleasant place to dine with family, froends or couples in a relaxed environment 5*

We went here last night purely based on the reviews, as we aren't from the area. The reviews are right, it was amazing. The service was so friendly from everyone, and the food was excellent. We had the tasting menu 1, and we thought everything was delicious. Our only regret was having the poppadoms and homemade pickles to start with, they were lovely, but we were ridiculously full by the end of the night. Thank you to everyone there for making us feel so welcome.

The Indian Valley Garden is a really good take away. I can never believe how quickly the food is delivered. It is always really nice, by far the most reliable take away I've ordered from. Last time I ordered I wasn't overly impressed by the vindaloo but other than that I have never had any reason to complain. I would recommend trying the Indian Valley Garden, they have never let me down. Always really friendly and good food.

After receiving dreadful service & quality from the nearby competitor Nahin Spice Centre ( AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE) I decided to give this place a try.I wanted to order-order starters (canapés) for 40 people as I had a pre 6 nations rugby lunch the following day. Owner was present and together with all staff they gave outstanding service & advice.We picked take-away up at 12.30 and food quality was superb. 40 very happy eaters asking where we got food from.We will definitely use this place again, indeed as a local I canât believe Iâve never been before! Itâs very good.

We held our wedding party here last weekend for our wedding Vow Renewals and it was amazing day! Couldn't have asked for any better, the room was beautiful had it decorated by cherished weddings who were recommended by Chris, we had 90+ guests and it was just the right size room . We ordered in prosecco through Chris before hand and after a couple of hours our guests had gone through it all! So Chris was lovely enough to go out and get more for us! We had the silver buffet and it was amazing all my guests commented how nice it was we were very pleased and took the stress away from us if we had to supply the catering , All the staff were great very friendly and helpful I couldn't have wished for a better party thank you all so much to Chris and the team at caerphilly rugby club! Iâve been visiting Castle Gate regularly since it opened, but last Friday evening was the first time Iâve sampled their new vegan menu. Four out of the party of six that enjoyed our birthday celebrations ordered from the new vegan menu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food, the drinks and the general ambience. As ever, the staff were friendly and attentive and, overall, we had a fantastic evening. I would wholly recommend fellow vegans to try the new menu but would also say that the original menu still offers a wide variety of non-vegan dishes that will suit everyoneâs tastes.
