We introduce new concept that is Eat what you want Pay as you feel
My family were there last night for dinner. We went at their almost closing time but the kindhearted manager let us in. The food were good. And the best part was we can eat whatever we want and pay as much as we want to. I think the first restaurant using this concept in Penang. If you plan to visit Penang, I highly recommend to visit tgis restaurant. It is situated next to Yahomg Art Gallery, Batu Ferringhi.

We ordered chapathi, mutton perathal ( mutton with a little curry ) and spicy chicken varuval ( chicken fried with spices). Both dishes were delicious though a little spicy with the chapathis and teh tarik ( hot condense milk tea, you can opt for fresh milk).Service was good.Parking not a problem as there are ample parkin spaces around the restaurant whose rear faces a residential area.

Having visited maroush previously we were looking forward to a return trip. We chose to inside but not in air conditioned room although outside seating is offered. The service here is very friendly and laid back making for a nice atmosphere. On this occasion we chose from the Arabic menu, they also have an Indian menu on offer. We had humuus to start which had just the right consistency and came with very nice warm flatbread. Our main courses were chicken tagine and lamb tagine and were not as good as the humuus they needed more spice and the lamb was a little fatty for my taste. We had pineapple juice to drink, all of their fruit juices are freshly made and very nice. Ml

Went to this restaurant a few times on holiday and wished we could have gone more. The first time we had no idea what to order and the menu does not have a description of the meal so we asked the waiter for recommendations. Most of us decided to try a taste plate with a side of biriyani & naan bread. The small taste plate with the 2 sides was more than enough for two people. The food was beautiful and the following trips we got more adventurous with our orders. Favourites were the lamb chops, Chicken tandoori biriyani & garlic naan. Sitting out overlooking the beach & sunset is also worth the visit.

Located along the main road in Batu Ferringhi, this restaurant serves Northern Indian cuisine. With open air seating as well as an air-conditioned dining area, they serve an extensive menu with some inclusions of Chinese and Malaysian cuisine. Food is average and price on the high side. Very limited menu to start with, staffs that dont know what they were serving, not at all anticipative of guest needs. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Bad experience. The management clearly has to fix the problem. Never returning!

Questioned waiter n was told western still meals are quicker to make / cook. We has satay prawns so how hard was that n they came battered n not nice i think over cooked. The other sizzling steak hot plate hard to eat n chewy at best. No real sunset to see that night place out of town so not worth the visit. They could not even get the grab or taxi to come they were that bad.To top it off live music, wow a collection of 60âs music how to kill a night. No interest in this place n really give it a big miss

We are staying at the Bayview beach resort opposite the restaurant and after read king many positive reviews thought we would check it out for ourselves. What an amazing experience. Food was very well priced. All 6 of us had full meals with drinks for rm$130. That's about Aud$55.00. Best tasting Indian food I've ever had and I've had lots. Particular mention to the chicken tikka masala. Highly recommended. We will be certainly returning.
