For RMB 299 this was definitely worth it - a clean, pleasant room with a bathroom that even had a bathtub. Only minutes from the cruise terminal.

Old grand style hotel
Reviewed By Javier GWe were there for two nights and were surprised by what looks like an old communist cadre hotel: live piano music at the foyer! But we were using a room in an adjacent building (rather peculiar, we felt like the poor relatives lodgement). Centric, quiet, clean, spacious and a good breakfast... what else can you get? The builgings are around a spacious square which includes some public offices, luxury shops and luxury cars waiting; the whole complex is secluded and guarded by night. There is a public park opposite the complex and close to the main square.

Good rooms, good value
Reviewed By Cornelia AWe arrived at Yichang East Railway Station and took the bus nr. 68 to Shenzhen Road. We asked several passengers by showing around our smart phone with the address in Chinese to know where we had to get out. We stayed there for two nights at a reasonable price of about 125 yuan per night. The room was clean. Breakfast for 15 yuan extra per person was huge. You can choose from a buffet with soup, noodles, vegetables with meat and/or just simple toast and jam, fried eggs etc. The staff as usual in this price class does not speak any English but we did not need much from them. We asked them once how to get to the Three Gorges Dam and they told us the bus numbers. Laundry service is expensive so we postponed that until our next destination.

Reviewed By Ver0lGood hotel, located in the midst of the shopping area in yichang. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, with necessary toiletries. TV, a/c, phone - what you would expect from any hotel. Breakfast is not bad, although not so much variety. Wifi also available in rooms.

Reviewed By Edward BMy stay was Dec. 24 to Dec 27. I found the grounds to be wonderful and beautiful. The restrauants were great-prices right-waitresses great-meals delicious. I would like to mention "Li Bing" english receptionist-english was wonderful and she was very polite and accommodating and helpful in every way! Her associates "Hou Min Jie" and Chenhong were so wonderful they made my stay a delite - I was sorry I had to leave. The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. A great buy for the price--a 5 star hotel for sure
