Reviewed By EEMichelsWe enjoyed our stay very much. It is near anything you need - restaurants, train station, a grocery store, shops, and lovely museums. The staff was friendly. The parking lot is small, but we always had a spot. I would stay here again.

Good Stay, Questionable Area
Reviewed By Scott BThe room was very clean, hotel has a very nice appearance, front desk staff was prompt and efficient. The rooms where on the smaller side, our bed a little on the hard side and a little lumpy (you could feel the springs). Hotel breakfast was decent, but didn't have as good of selection as we expected based on the pictures, maybe they cut back due to covid??? They do have a free underground parking garage which the elevator takes you directly in to the hotel. But, the parking garage has to be entered a block behind the hotel, and the area isn't too great (people were digging in the garbage) and it is very dark. The parking garage didn't have a garage door on it, but they have security cameras on the entrance and inside the two decks.

Reviewed By tuggasI have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large. The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.

Le camere Superior sono state interamente rinnovate a gennaio 2016, presentandosi con una veste più ampia e fresca con TV LED Philips HD da 40" e canali SKY (a richiesta). Al mattino vi attende una variegata colazione a buffet nel salone, in particolare con spremuta fresca d'arancia. Potrete usufruire di una zona fumatori nella veranda all'aperto con giardino e approfittare del nostro nuovo ristorante, Alfa Bistrot da Antonio. La struttura si presenta inoltre come centro congressi con 12 sale riunioni modulari.

Reviewed By Global1amazThe only issue I had . I tried to leave one night earlier but the hotel refused to refund my money back, 430€ per night is a big amount to leave it. So Everything else was great. Receptionists were so friendly and the house keeping were good. I like everything in the hotel.

Showers were the size of a small phone booth. Beds were comfortable, and it was a pleasant stay. Everything we needed for a quiet evening and a good sleep. Would stay here again. Reasonable distance from Venice.

Reviewed By kanaylathats a shame!!! the hotel cancelled my confirmed reservation for march 2022 to sell the rooms more expensive!! even i have the confirmation document from booking.com nobody taking any responsibility! they offer me to cover a cost of 27€ for my 6 nights and 4 people reservation. (total reservation cost cancelled is 1.676€) now the hotels around has a price of 6.000€ for 6 night for 4 people.

We heard the restaurant is to die for but unfortunately it was closed on Sunday. Pros: - nice staff at the reception - delicious breakfast - they accept animals - big spacious bathroom - clean Cons - bed in room 104 was squeaking all night, I didn't sleep much - the TV in room 104 didn't work

Reviewed By Ante PNewly renovated, nicely decorated, and a very helpful, proffesional staff. Mario, Alessia and another girl at the desk were great, helped me with lost stuff. We got a free room upgrade. Breakfast was also pretty nice with healthy options.
