Reviewed By nathanclk1712Fantastic hotel, the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and the breakfast is incredible. Highly recommended and wish I could have stayed longer! Book your tours with the Silvia the owner, she has the best intentions and wants people to experience and enjoy the beauty of Chapada, she got us the best deal in town and one of the top guides! I can't thank her enough for being so kind.

Reviewed By danielecolonFrom the moment you arrive, Flavio makes you feel at home and part of the family. Personalized attention and great company make this a special place. The breakfasts are the best I have had in Brazil and if you are hungry for lunch or dinner, his other meals are delicious. The pousada is 4 km outside of the vila of Capão and he and Miro are always willing to give a lift when they can. Just like the meals, the accommodations are first class with great walks on the property or over the hill to watch the sunset. Lastly, Flavio makes sure that the you make the most of your day trips by lining up great guides. A great Pousada at a more than reasonable price!

O Eduardo e a Priscila, que são os responsáveis pelo camping, são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Ambiente limpo, organizado e seguindo as normas de segurança da covid-19, além da ótima localização, apenas 800m da Vila e perto das trilhas para quem está de carro! Super indico!

The location and peacefulness is excellent, but as previous reviewers have mentioned, the attention to detail in the smallest of things is at another level. It is this attention to detail that show that this hotel means something to the owners - that it is not just a place to make money. The service (special nod to the reception team) is friendly and always willing to help, making it a rare hotel that combines location with personalized service. This is the sort of hotel that if ever I have a mid-life crisis I'd be happy to go hide away there for a couple of weeks to sort myself out.

Our Inn offers apartaments with Tv, air condition, heaters, refrigerator and telephone . Cottages with kitchen, fireplace and telephone . We also have restaurant , bar, living room , TV room with Sky channels, massage room , natural pool at the river , external area to Practise sports , organic vegetables plantation and a beautiful garden for your enjoyment .

Reviewed By mariya_stagI was invited to stay at Pousada do Capao, by the owner, and snap some updated photos of the place/property. Man. Every day was so gorgeous with those panaoramic views of the valley and mountains. Even when it was raining, the clouds kissed the mountain tops, when it was sunny, the clouds floated above like angelic spirits. I can't believe what one man (and great team) has done with such a large piece of land. What vision! Thoughtful touches, recycled mosaic art, quirky art installations, game room, wellness center, plenty of wide open spaces to walk, practice yoga, play with kids, etc. Would highly recommend. 10/10. Great wifi signal in most spaces in the common areas of the property.

Pros: 1.everything (room, bathroom, garden) is new and well maintained. 2. closer to the cachoeira da fumaca and cachoeira da riachinho 3. really nice hosts - it was raining and we the pizza delivery we ordered didnt come so they went to town to bring it to us! 4. great wifi! cons: the pousada is located a bit far from the town - 20 minutes walk distance. so to go for lunch or dinner you'll need to walk.. Overall a very nice experience!

Insatisfação com o atendimento
Reviewed By lumateixeiraFomos com um grupo de pessoas em um micro-ônibus. Ao entrar em contato com o hostel perguntei se o ônibus entraria e eles me disseram que eram tranquilo. Busquei a rota do Instagram na aba "como chegar" e fomos parar numa estrada horrível foi desesperador, todos ficaram muito tensos. Quando chegamos lá a prantos e barrancos, o ônibus não entrava e teria que tirar a placa. O próprio motorista teve que pegar uma escada e tirar a placa pois os donos de lá se absteram da função. Os quartos não tinham ventilador, e a lâmpada de um dos banheiros estava queimada e a moça disse que não podia fazer nada. O café era sempre o mesmo todo dia: ovo, pão, mamão, bolo, café, leite, suco e cuscuz. Era "ok" mas se ficamos mais que quatro dias lá talvez não conseguimos comer uma coisa ou outra mais. O horário servido do café da manhã era 8:30 o que atrasava todas nossas atividades. Pedi a moça se poderia ser servido mais cedo e ela disse que deveria ter feito a solicitação antes, então pedi que os próximos fossem servidos mais cedo, então ela disse que o pessoal da cozinha tinha filhos e que era inviável pra eles. Ou seja, não tinha como. Os lençóis e toalhas da cama tinham manchas, talvez pelo tempo ou sujeira, não sabemos. A cozinha também era bem suja, a maioria preferiu não usar. Fora isso a pousada fica num lugar tranquilo, a parte externa é bem bonita, dispõe de cursos de massagem, ioga... A única pessoal que atendeu bem foi uma recepcionista que apareceu uma vez e ainda falou de um rio que passava na lateral e explicou como chegar. O hostel tem muito potencial, mas pelo atendimento e falta de sensibilidade complica muito ficar lá.

Really sweet place
Reviewed By igt33The house was charming, the service was on point and easy and the setting perfect. We were on the top floor room with a balcony that gave the impression to be inside the trees, there was definitely a "tree house" vibe that was just amazing.
