Reviewed By BerndVermeirenVery nice hotel with super friendly people. The tops room are excellent. Only disadvantage is that there is no airco. Breakfast is served on the table and nice. Diner is normal not exceptionel. Sitting place in the front is super nice and cosy.

On top of that, as we arrived late, they prepared us a cold dinner - very tasty and appreciated after a long ride from Poland.

Embrace Austrian Spirit
Reviewed By AlinaVelIt’s a family owned little hotel located just 300 m away from the lift to the National Park. Because we stayed at the place we also got a free card to use the lift one a day (both ways until the top). The place is very scenic and the hotel is in classical Austrian style: wooden and crackie. The staff and family are very hospital: there are rear places left nowadays, when one can feel taken care of but not bothered. Enjoyed every single bit of it! P.S. take cash with you! Though the hotel accepts cards, other places in the neighborhood might not. Otherwise, you will need to drive 7 km down the wigglie road.

Our family run house is located in Uttendorf wich is in the center of the National park Hohe Tauern.

Reviewed By Lissy PI really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful, homely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and just amazing! I loved the breath-taking view of the lake and mountains from my room! Pension Koch caters well for all travellers; singles, couples, families and people with dogs! The breakfast buffet is an incredible and generous spread of quality fresh bread, cheeses, cold meats, jams, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and sometimes cake. Try the cake! Of course, there's also coffee, tea and juices to keep you hydrated. I didn't get a chance to try the dinner menu but the restaurant was well attended every evening during the week I stayed. It has Wifi!! And play equipment (trampoline, slide, a cubby house, swings) for children in the garden. I also saw an activity room which looked like a fun place to pass a rainy day. Best of all is the incredibly friendly service. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will certainly stay here again during my next visit to Uttendorf! Highly recommended!

Amazing view but staff overwhelmed
Reviewed By eottens09This was a fantastic family trip going up with the cable cars and staying at 2300 meters with amazing scenery. Our check in was a steeple chase it simply seems the staff are not up to the task confused concerning COVID-19 and taking excessive time checking in (a group of 9 should not make a difference) The food selection was disappointing but we didn’t get hungry. I would recommend it for a short stay but a one off.

Welcome at Pension zu Hause. Pension zu Hause is a nice and cosy Guesthouse where hospitality and gemutlichkeit are naturally included. We serve every morning a nice and fresh breakfast. Are rooms are all fitted with a small but private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Feel welcome and at home! Pension zu Hause is located in the cozy village of Uttendorf. In the middle of the National Park Hohe Tauern there are numerous hiking and skiing trips to make and nature is never far away. Reviewed By kirka3Super friendly owners and a beautiful and cosy gasthaus which has recently been totally renovated. Also really good breakfast. The room was very clean and bed comfy. Location is quiet and guarantees a good night sleep. :) I can highly recommend this one!

Reviewed By IronMurryThe service was good and quick, but we have to wait for the waitress. The meals could be better: the kaiserschmarrn was not freshly made, the carrots in the soups were raw, the ham was chewy. The toilets were a bit scarce.

Majataloa pitää vanhempi mies, erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Kertoi nähtävyyksistä ja teki joka aamu itse aamupalaa yöpyjille. Paikassa saa myös kunnollista, normaalia kahvia! Myös siisteys oli erinomainen. Sijainti todella hyvä. Kätevä yöpyä tässä ja käydä päiväseltään krimmlin putouksilla ja zell am seessa ja kaprunilla. Very lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed. Location is perfect, Uttendorf is a very cute small village. The guesthouse was very clean. The older man who own this place is very helpfull and friendly. We absolutely would like to go there again! ?
