A bit of history ... For years we received tourists from all over the world. From 2015 to 2018 we made an impasse by only receiving guests from the house. But our passion for tourism and hospitality was stronger and now we reopen our doors to all guests, under the name of Estancia Mendoza Wine Hotel. The exquisite elegance, refined details and personalized service of our brand guarantee a unique experience of a luxury hotel in Mendoza. We also apply all current protocols at the local and state level, we are one of the safest hotels in Valle de Uco. We wait for you to enjoy the majestic views of the vineyards and the mountains of the Andes.
We spent 2 nights in this wonderful place. Super friendly staff that makes you feel home. Food is excellent and prices are fair. Rooms are generous. The real differentiator is the service. To be repeated. Thank you!

Great service, comfortable rooms, beautiful setting, quiet atmosphere. Breakfast is very nice. Unfortunately the Spa was closed due to Covid restrictions. We had a massage which was great. We recommend that you visit the Huayqurias cannon.

We stayed here for two nights and had a blast. The rooms are spacious, smell nice and are incredibly affordable for the area. It is really centrally located in the wine region. The receptionists and waitstaff were so helpful and kind, helping us with horseback riding, wine tours and massages, planning our days for us. Everything was a great price and made us feel very classy. Thank you!!!

This place is promising with a perfect location close to the vineyards in a beautiful valley. It is geared toward the family demographic. The swimming pool was overloaded with kids and needed more chlorine - it was a cloudy, dirty unappealing place to take a dip. We had a tired room with a beautiful outdoor patio, but, strangely no chairs or table to sit on. The room itself was just ok, but, as others have commented, short of plugs. Breakfast was better than average - liked the espresso machines. WARNING - be careful when booking online. We booked using an online site called Cancelon. Avoid if at all possible. Our room was $71 (last minute deal) - and Cancelon tacked on $21 in Taxes and Fees. And no, this was not the 21% VAT which you are exempt from if paying by credit card. We thought this was excessive, but in hindsight, thought, incorrectly, that the $21 was VAT and would be excluded when we paid. NO. This place is OK for families and a one night stay. Just be careful and do not book using Cancelon. Big ripoff.

Located in Argentina's renowned Uco Valley winemaking region in Mendoza, The Vines Resort & Spa offers laid-back luxury at the base of the majestic Andes Mountains. We welcome guests like close friends, curating uniquely uncommon adventures for wine lovers from around the world.
Unfortunately, besides our high expectations and the beauty of the place, we’re not having a good experience. We’re used to LHW and The Vines is bellow the quality of service of this chain. We’re in a 2 bedroom Villa and the heating is not working properly, what makes it really cold during the night. We’ve asked many things to the reception, as for example to fulfill the spa and nobody seems to listen to our requests. We insisted and asked personally for more than once, but the experience was much worse cause the receptionist didn’t care about our complaint, telling us simply “ok”… an ice cold treatment. Yesterday when we’ve arrived, we’ve requested to bring wine to our Villa and to check about some snacks cause we were starving, but nobody replied anything. We have been waiting for a long time and nobody answered us. Today at the breakfast there were plates missing on the table and the service was really bad. The crew is not well trained and they look like lost and absolutely unhappy working, as if serving us was a favor. What we expect when we come to a place like this is at least to be received with a minimum of courtesy and sympathy! We’re very sad because the place is awesome and has everything to provide us an amazing experience.

Hotel is beatiful (specially the scenery). However, the room is small. Breakfast is ok. Employees need more training. It is not worth US700 per day. Our was not serivced when we left. We had to request later on.

A small and exclusive Posada, surrounded by the vineyards of Bodegas Salentein, nestled the Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range.
Whether you like Posada Salentein depends on whether you value your creature comforts, as well as the atmosphere, and whether you care how much you pay. At this price point, I would expect luxury hospitality. In fact, the rooms have damp and plumbing problems, rubbish sheets and towels, and none of the usual little touches. Service is friendly and inefficient (it took 30 minutes to check out: no queue, no problem, just slow!). To be fair, the location is better than most: sitting slightly higher than most of the Uco valley, with some views, and it's very private. And yes, it has a certain (pretend - the buildings are modern) old-world charm, and the bodega is great. To judge by the reviews, this may be enough for some, perhaps package tourists who don't know what they are paying. Do yourself a favour, and go elsewhere!
