It was exceptional. The location was perfect, right on the Camino de Santiago as you come into Triacastela. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. My bike was locked securely in the store-room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The room was of a decent size with windows overlooking the road, which had very little traffic, so no noise. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very good. I had no complaints.

One of the very nicest place we stayed from Ponferrada to Santiago. And the first place we did laundry, so it has a dear spot in my heart. We had a triple room for 2 just because that's what was available. It was a lovely room in the second building with a nice, high ceiling. Very comfy and spacious (even for 3). I would recommend it highly enough that I suggest you make arrangements as soon as you know what night you'll walk through Triacastela. The lounge was nice, too, and we chatted with many pilgrims. I mean, they even have a boot dryer!! As well washers and dryers (which were the cheapest we saw), there is a patio with plenty of clothesline space (clothespins provided). The restaurant associated with the hotel was dynamite as well! I can see how its beer garden-like terrace would be wonderful in warmer weather. Nice bar there for a nightcap, too. This hotel+restaurant was excellent in all respects. Even the servers were handsome ;>)

Casa Pacios is a lovely quiet hostel in the country. A welcome place for the tired Camino Pilgrim. Isabela and her mother are lovely. They offer free transport to the town a km away. Isabel speaks English. Highly recommend. Breakfast is wonderful.

Stayed here during our Camino. Arrived early, but check in was at 1 pm, so we needed to hang out in town for a while. The hostess kindly allowed me to place my backpack and poles in her lodging until I returned. She took great attention to Covid cleanliness, spraying the area upon our arrival, wearing her mask etc. Our room suited our needs and we had our own bathroom in her large home that has been converted to a B&B. Suited our needs for the night. No dinner or breakfast services - you need to walk a few steps into town to the only restaurant.

single or double beds with or without bathroom at your choice. Adapted to the different needs. Restaurant and free wifi, as well parking.
A wonderful place to stay at the end of a long hot day on the Camino. Charming host who carried my back pack to the Room. A very clean sizeable room. A v good bathroom with a plug in the wash basin! Breakfast ready at 6 am. All a Pilgrim could ask for.

It’s so awful and expensive comparing with other hostal in the same village! The room extremely tiny, in the bathroom not even a small soap. The only eatable food at breakfast has been the juice. Even the bread was not fresh! Not to mention jam and cheese…

Excellent location. My private room had a great view of the hills The house was built probably many years ago with the typical stones, wood and stone roof The personnel are eager to help I highly recommend it

Owner friendly and helpful. The room was nice, comfortable and warm. Lots of hot water in the shower. He helped me carry my bag up and gave me good local information on where a pharmacy was, groceries, and a restaurant. He said I looked tired and gave me a beer.

Casa Olga and the owner Olga are lovely. Room was super clean and very cosy, Olga has also a garage where we could lock our bikes and nice garden with inviting benches. It is also in a quiet area so no noise around.
