I can say that the location is good. Like what the other reviewers said it’s accessible to everything. What I didn’t enjoy was it’s different from the previous branch that we stayed at. This one is more outdated than the other branch. The pillows was hard as a rock and so the bed. The parking fee is not expensive.

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed it. Located across the Tokushima JR station and next to a few shopping areas, it's easily accessible. The hotel car park lot (self-park) is just next to the hotel building and the parking fee is 800yen (3pm to 11noon, just one-time entry) and you can pay the fee at the hotel reception. The room we have is deluxe double, double bed at East Annex. The room is clean and comfortable. Just like other Japanese downtown business hotels, the room is not big but we able to open up two suitcases and still have room to move around. Breakfasts have Western & Japanese choices and we especially love they included local food and cuisine. Public onsen is located at the 11/F and we enjoyed it too. Staff are friendly and speak okay English.

As the hotel was right at the starting point for the marathon it was the perfect place to stay. The room was a bit on the small side, but clean and had everything you could think of. A major plus was the free parking. They even let me leave my car in their parking after check-out until I completed the marathon.

We had 2 nights at this hotel and our view was the train line but it was not noisy. The hotel is located in a Plaza so close to all the shops' restaurants etc. We enjoyed walks along the river which was also close to the hotel. The hotel was clean, rooms well appointed. Plenty of breakfast choices western and Japanese. Staff efficient and friendly.

Location was fine and we liked the view of the river. The access was with a key and only one which was a nuisnace. Noisy aircon In need of a renovation. We came back to the room mid morning and found all the rooms on the floor open for cleaning.., so not good security. Staff not comfortable with any english so they avoided eye contact which wasn't pleasant. We were able to borrow an iron

This place has decent value private rooms, for similar price to dorms in a lot of places. The manager is very friendly and helpful, probably you will end up with your photo on his wall of guests! The rooms are fairly small but perfectly OK with a small double bed, small bathroom with towels, toiletries, robe. They manage to pack in a lot here, TV, fridge, table, stool. There is a complimentary breakfast of tea/coffee, bun, can of juice, banana, hard boiled egg. The location is good, about 10 minuted walk from the station and 2 minutes from the Bizan ropeway.

Stayed here for one night on my trip through Shikoku. This hotel is close to the station, the room was small but clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was basic but fine. I got a very nice rate, making it a great value.

I've stayed at an APA hotel before in other cities in Japan but this one is the smallest I've ever stayed in. Even smaller than Tokyo. Very surprising as I've stayed in smaller cities and the rooms are larger than bigger cities. This one was so small, we could barely open my 21 inch suitcase. Location is excellent. About 5 minutes walking distance to the JR station. Amenities were provided in a random fashion. First day, we didn't get a bottle of water and assumed this was now no longer provided. But second day, we returned to the room and found 2 bottles of water. Also, did not understand why we didn't get a free box of curry as it was state in the poster when we entered the hotel. Not that it was important but odd that it said so in the poster but was not given out. The poster was in Japanese and I guess they assumed we couldn't read it. One thing to note: this hotel grows their own vegetables that they use in their own hotel restaurant. Talk about fresh!
