Located in the extreme South West next to the small airport. The Ravoraha hotel is a boutique hotel because in addition to being an ecolodge that finances the schooling of the children of the village through the stay of its customers, it is also a charming hotel on a human scale with a special atmosphere unique on the island! Far from the big impersonal hotel chains. We welcome you here as a unique host, offering attentive and personalized service, also showing you the different points of interest to see on the island. You will feel at home here. The hotel Le Ravoraha is distinguished from its competitors by its own spirit of true ecolodge involved in local life. The place of ecotourism takes its full dimension with the enhancement of heritage and the local population. Tree house, double, triple, twin, family bungalows, economy rooms. Hotel Bar Massages Excursions Wifi
Ravoraha Ecolodge was an wonderful place to relax, was welcomed by the friendly staff. The TREE HOUSE was an amazing room and a good deal combination, at the same time you could have the experience of being in a forest and be in the sea with an amazing view. PS: Franconie and Sam were so helpful and friendly, always with a smile

The Island of Sainte Marie Madagascar or Nosy Boraha is traditionally known as “Island of the pirates” .It is separated from mainland Madagascar by a narrow channel and remains a small green paradise preserved from mass tourism. An oasis of tranquility surrounded by luxurious gardens, our hotel has views of the setting sun with 180° panorama.Well sheltered from the brisk South-eastily winds, Libertalia is easily recognisable by its rock, a place to observe whales , and go for a spot of snorkeling and a swim (rare in the south island)Welcoming and friendly , it has had a reputation of being excellent value for money and high quality service for over 10 years.Ideally located, near the town, it is a starting point for many excursions all around Sainte Marie and is population, adept of “mora mora”, like “gently, gently”In season the hotel organizes whale watching in collaboration with CETAMADA. Martine and Didier, the owners who have a passion for whales, are two founding members of this association.
Stayed at Libertalia on several occasions as I travelled the islands.A great place to base yourself and a lovely hotel ,great restaurant and wonderful staff.Aurelie helped sort out my trips and it was better and cheaper to go through hotel than trying to do things independent. Thanks guys.

10 Economy room and 10 bungalow, with restaurant
A group of us rented 5 bungalows for our stay in Andasibe. It was so easy to rent with this hotel via email; they responded to all emails within an hour and were always very clear in their responses. When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel is. The bungalows are adorable from the exterior and on the inside they are large, sleek, clean and modern. The shower is particularly impressive. Very modern with excellent water pressure and hot water to boot! The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Due to recent COVID lock-down, our hotel was one of the few places in town stocked with groceries and able to serve us delightful meals. (The zebu was a favorite among our group.) We did not swim, but the pool looked clean and inviting. We loved hearing the beautiful call of the Indris from our bungalows! The only "con" but really not a deterrent is the location. You have to drive through the marketplace. When the market is taking place, it's a tight squeeze, but this would not deter me from staying here again. This is the 3rd lodge I have tried in Andasibe and, for value for money, this one ranks as number 1. We'll definitely return!

I’ve spent there 7 days. The best ever period of refreshing in my life. The place is beautiful. Pascal and His wife are making lots of efforts to keep the place nice and attractive even during the time of COVID. You can snorkel, enjoy the best of the food in the island, swim or go fishing with Pascal. Massage is a separate story. They have masseuse who does it so well that every day you will feel like reborn. The owners are so incredibly welcoming. Thanks a lot for these very beautiful days. Back in Tana, but miss you guys already!

In a middle of stunning gardens, lakes and own beach. Hotel Le Lagon has a family atmosphere, you will be warmly welcomed. Foulpointe is one of the rare places on Madagascar East Coast where everyone can safely swim. Local fishermen offer pirogue visits of a coral reef full of marine life.
Spent 2 nights there (4 adults). The view was amazing, we could access the beach easily by crossing a little bridge. the food was good and the service perfect and good wifi at the restaurant. The owner, the sweetest lady ever, and her staff were joyful and attentive!! we will definitely come back and recommend this place.

We stayed for one night passing through. Room was excellent with a fridge, safe, decent air con, balcony overlooking the street, comfy bed and large bathroom. Staff were very helpful in advising us on the taxi-brousse the next day. Nice little restaurant attached, good food at reasonable prices. Maybe a little pricey for Mada and no lift, but we would definitely stay again.

A very pretty structure at the water's edge with a pontoon. The villas, all clad in wood, are huge and equipped with 2 to 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, hammock on the terrace and garden facing the beach. Ramato takes care of the housework. She can also cook for you. "
We spent a couple of days at the villas back in October. The bungalow met all of our expectations and its location next to the lagoon enabled us to watch a spectacular sunset Moreover the service provided by the "gouvernante" turned out to be flawless. She was provided with a list of our requirements, food wise and was able to come up with a delicious meal. However when returning from a day trip on a Sunday we found out that the cleaning had not been done, although we had been initially told that it was included in the package. As luck would have it, the manager happened to be abroad for the week-end and the young lady at the desk was apparently under instructions not to make any decision without referring to the powers that be, meaning an endless exchange of useless mails with her boss. As stated above we only have praise for the setting and the interaction with the staff at the Villas de Vohilava but can only deplore the blunders of its management.
