This Hotel is in quite a good location just outside the historic centre of the city but less than 5 minutes walk to the main shopping streets. Its surroundings are a bit unprepossessing being above a vacant retail space but free parking is a bonus. We had a suite for a Friday & Saturday night at Eur 160 per night. The best thing was that there were two large bathrooms and a separate living area which was very spacious. However the living area was really poorly designed with a small television on the far side of the room from the sofa with a column in between. Really poor use of space. Multiple minor issues reduced the feeling that this was a 4 star facility - there were no tea and coffee making facilities although they could easily have been fitted in - although there was a cork screw in the minibar there were no wine-glasses - the wrap-around balcony was huge but all it contained was a small table and two chairs - a few plants in pots would have cheered it up a lot - the wifi was initially difficult to log on to - the supposed Sky channels on the TV weren't available etc. Breakfast had a large range of cereals, fruit, cakes & pastries but the offering of cold meats & cheeses was limited & bland and uninteresting - such a shame when they could have show-cased some of the wonderful Umbrian produce. The overall impression was that this was a very average offering - possibly 3 star - which could so easily have been been improved perhaps if the management had spent a night in the suite to understand its deficiencies.

We stayed here during my husband’s ping pong tournament at the gym down the road. The location is near the gym, but not near anything else interesting. The breakfast buffet is decent, and the on-site restaurant was fine.

We booked this hotel on the way to Naples as a short stop for our cat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they knew how to look after our cat. The pool was great and in August it was fairly empty - the only downside is that there isn’t much around the hotel and it’s a little bit difficult to walk to the center

In the center of Terni, an excellent starting point to reach the main tourist resort in Umbria and the surrounding regions is the Hotel de Paris, a friendly and elegant environment where you can spend your holidays or business stays.
It is an old hotel that could do with a bit of modernisation but the rooms are good enough and clean. We had two amazing dinners at the hotel restaurant, very delicious food and really friendly service.

We rented three rooms (all very spacious, clean and comfy) for a family reunion over Easter. The owner was very helpful and let us take over the entire space to celebrate the reunion and our parents' 60th wedding anniversary. A great stay!

We did some outdoor sports (canyoning/rafting etc.) in the area and chose this place for the location and price. They offer quick service and are kind people. Breakfast is good, if you want to stay for dinner (for most more than you can eat) you have to make it known in advance because of the many reservations in the evening for the restaurant. We had some car trouble on the way from here, the owner offered us a ride to the garage and was very helpful. Very good for a one or two days!

Don't go here! Made a reservation for 4 nights, paying €135. Because my I made some changes to my itinerary, I wanted to adjust my booking to 3 nights. This would have cost me €126 EXTRA. The fact they even proposed this shows this place is just a scam.

As a chef there are times when you eat out that you experience a true food revelation... a meal so good that you spend hours working each dish through your mind over and over in hopes of recreating it. This is the truffle pasta at La Ciriola's Ristorante Piediluco. I first experienced it in 2016 with my husband... en route to another restaurant which we found closed, we saw the sign for La Ciriola and decided to give it a try. GRAZIE DIO that we did, as this ristorante offers the best handmade ciriole pasta with truffles I've had in Italy. The delicate pasta draped in rich summer truffle, almost over the edge of decadence...mmmmmm. I can taste it right now, the food memory is so strong. This year I brought 10 Culinary Adventurers and La Ciriola was a 'must do' on my hit list of top restaurants in the area of Arrone, Piediluco and the Cascata delle Marmore in southern Umbria. We expected to be served simply the delicious Ciriole Pasta with Truffles and some cold white wine for a quick lunch before another adventure... what we didn't expect was the 3-hour feast that was presented by Rosetta and Luciano! Every dish lovingly crafted and so delicious. We were started off with one of the prettiest antipasto platings we'd seen on our trip... succulent Umbrian proscuitto (sweet and less salty than that from Parma) with perfectly ripe cantaloupe, slices of sopressata and other salumi, a fava and mint salad, a dollap of fresh made cheese and a crispy fried squash blossom... accompanied by baskets of Rosetta's fresh made bread. We thought "how lovely" and assumed the pasta would be next. But no, as then came the Tartufo Omelet... a standard in southern Umbria and superbly done. Next the pasta? No. Next was a family recipe akin to a lasagna but of Eggplant layered with fresh Mozzarella and Tomatoes. Fabulous! So good I ate the entire portion (which by itself could have made for a nice Tuesday night dinner at home!) Next yes!! The Ciriole with Tartufo... ahhhhhhh.... it was as good as I remembered it... and I ate all of that plate too. Pushing back from the table, feeling pleasantly full, our noses were treated to the incoming aroma of Porchetta! Oh my gosh, an entire porchetta made for our group! Everything about it was perfect... so moist, with an herbaceous seasoning and an artfully crusted exterior. Luciano proudly let us know this is Rosetta's signature dish and now I have another food memory I will never let go of! Served with roasted potatoes and herb-breadcrumb crusted zucchini, this Porchetta was heaven sent! Our spectacular meal reached final climax with Rosetta's family recipe Olive Oil and Sweet Vermouth Cake with a custard filling similar to Zuppa Ingelese. Unbelievable! So tasty and such hospitality...Ristorante Piediluco at La Ciriola Agriturismo has taken its place among my top picks for dining in and around southern Umbria. I've not stayed at their agriturismo but given the kindess and warm welcome of its owners Rosetta and Luciano, I would feel confident that a stay there will too exceed expectation! Grazie mi amici Rosetta e Luciano, grazie tanti per un pasto straordinario!! Vediamo prossimo anno!

In favor of this hotel is its location: next to railway station, walking distance from ciry center, good car parking. Breakfast is ok. But rooms are really average. If you are on the higher floors, having water, let alone warm water, might be a problem.
